A very popular one bedroom apartment with separate lounge bathroom and kitchen. Both bedroom and lounge have access to a lovely balcony which is west facing with a side seaview . Its a perfect apartment in that during the wintertime the sun goes right down on this balcony allowing you to sit out as long as possible with a book and/or G & T ! In the summertime the sun is much higher making it a cooler apartment.PERFECT for long term winter rentals (please ask for special monthly rates ) or just a break with a friend or partner .......
And even better - the office is in same complex and you can pass by everyday and see us - apart from Sundays when we are on the beach :)
