Description

Situated in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, the complex is in a peaceful location, has beautifully maintained gardens, tennis court and paddle court and 2 beautifully maintained swimming pools. There is a shopping centre with restaurants, bank and chemist etc 10 minutes walk away or you can take a bus to it, buses run every 30 minutes. These bus services will also go to the beach with more shops and restaurants for you to enjoy.

The apartment is spacious, on one level, and is situated on the second floor with lift service. Car parking. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.30a.m. From the balcony there are stunning unobstructed views over the sea. Enjoy dining on the balcony, in the evenings, in this peaceful location, where wonderful sunsets over Los Cristianos Harbour can be seen.
On your arrival our representative will meet you at the apartment and welcome you to the apartment.

Tenerife South Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended if you want to tour the island. For car hire it is best to book a recognised company who have their base at the Airport. Taxis are plentiful from and to the Airport.

Los Cristianos has a long sandy beach and ample shops and restaurants. Playa De Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Fanabe beach and Costa Del Silencio are all between 10-15 minutes drive away. Restaurants, supermarket, bank and shops are about a 10 minute walk away from the complex.

The apartment has a TV with English Television Channels, Film Channels and Wifi. There are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. In addition there is a family bathroom, lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. The Dining Area and Double Bedroom both lead to the balcony with sea views. There are ample wardrobes and dressing/bedside tables. The lounge/diner, the double bedroom and twin bedroom have ceiling fans. Bed linen, towels for use inside the apartment and tea towels are provided together with an interim weekly clean for stays of 2 weeks or more. Cot and high chair hire are available.

Los Cristianos is on the South Coast of Tenerife and has maintained its Canarian heritage with many local residents still choosing to live there. Tenerife has a lot of historical background and there are monuments and museums around the island displaying and describing this for you to visit and see. Fiestas are held throughout the year around the island including Fancy Dress, Music, Flowers and Wine Tasting.

In Los Cristianos town centre there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops and there is something for everyone. There are two Water Parks near Los Cristianos: Octopus Aqua Park in Playa de las Americas and Aqua Park in Calle Finiandia, Adeje which are both open all year round (Note: These parks contain salt water and will take sun cream off so apply your cream after each ride.) There are two Zoos near Los Cristianos: Parque Las Aguilas (also known as The Eagle Par, Las Augilas Del Teide and The Jungle Park) and Chayofa (Camel Riding). Both are open most days all year round. There are 8 golf courses on the Island the closest are: Golf Las Americas an 18 hole golf course, Golf De Sur and Golf Costa Adeje. Winter weather of 20-25 degrees is perfect for everyone and golf which can be viewed and booked online.

The weather in Los Cristianos has an all round spring and summer temperature; a hot subtropical climate with a lot of sun and little rain. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.30a.m.

Amazing apartment - as described!

A very clean, tidy and spacious apartment with a pool as a bonus - which we were lucky to have to ourselves at most times! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay, and I would definitely love to stay again. Peter communicated with me in an extremely professional manner, I was highly appreciative of his prompt responses. Annie who initially met us, was amazing and very helpful with answering any questions and warmly welcomed us to the complex and apartment. I have shared the apartment with family and friends and look forward to staying in the future!

Apartment in Los Cristianos

I stayed at Peter’s apartment in Los Cristianos Tenerife for a month this year communication with host’s excellent.The apartment is spacious with a very large balcony and a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment block and pool is well maintained and quiet even though the location is at top of cardiac hill it’s still only a 10 minute stroll to bars ,restaurants and supermarket and about 20 mins to sea front.You have everything you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay in fact enjoyed it that much have booked again for later in the year. We loved the apartment ...

Hi Peter, we loved the apartment very spacious in a quiet residential area. Everything like home from home. Having English speaking channels and sky was great. Lovely pool and balcony with the sun on it all day. Downhill to shops and restaurants about 10 mins away, advise one to get taxi or local bus back up as a very steep hill up. Local bus stop across the road servicing 4 different buses that go to centre of Los Cristianos and further afield. Would have liked paddle rackets and balls available to play on paddle court in the complex and some more literature about the area and local restaurants. Good communication with owner during booking. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return. I would give it 9.5 Regards Christine Ireland
