Description
Situated in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, the complex is in a peaceful location, has beautifully maintained gardens, tennis court and paddle court and 2 beautifully maintained swimming pools. There is a shopping centre with restaurants, bank and chemist etc 10 minutes walk away or you can take a bus to it, buses run every 30 minutes. These bus services will also go to the beach with more shops and restaurants for you to enjoy.>>> Pictures of the swimming pools can be sent to you on request.
The apartment is spacious, on one level, and is situated on the second floor with lift service. Car parking. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.30a.m. From the balcony there are stunning unobstructed views over the sea. Enjoy dining on the balcony, in the evenings, in this peaceful location, where wonderful sunsets over Los Cristianos Harbour can be seen.
On your arrival you will be met at the apartment and welcomed to the apartment. There is a Breakage Deposit.
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended if you want to tour the island. For car hire it is best to book a recognised company who have their base at the Airport. Taxis are plentiful from and to the Airport.
Los Cristianos has a long sandy beach and ample shops and restaurants. Playa De Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Fanabe beach and Costa Del Silencio are all between 10-15 minutes drive away. Restaurants, supermarket, bank and shops are about a 10 minute walk away from the complex.
The apartment has a TV with English Television Channels, Film Channels and Wifi. There are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. In addition there is a family bathroom, lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. The Dining Area and Double Bedroom both lead to the balcony with sea views. There are ample wardrobes and dressing/bedside tables. The lounge/diner, the double bedroom and twin bedroom have ceiling fans. Bed linen, towels for use inside the apartment and tea towels are provided. Cot and high chair hire are available.
Los Cristianos is on the South Coast of Tenerife and has maintained its Canarian heritage with many local residents still choosing to live there. Tenerife has a lot of historical background and there are monuments and museums around the island displaying and describing this. Fiestas are held throughout the year around the island including Fancy Dress, Music, Flowers and Wine Tasting.
In Los Cristianos town centre there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are two Water Parks near Los Cristianos: Octopus Aqua Park in Playa de las Americas and Aqua Park in Calle Finiandia, Adeje which are both open all year round (Note: These parks contain salt water and will take sun cream off so apply your cream after each ride.) There are two Zoos near Los Cristianos: Parque Las Aguilas (also known as The Eagle Par, Las Augilas Del Teide and The Jungle Park) and Chayofa (Camel Riding). Both are open most days all year round. There are 8 golf courses on the Island the closest are: Golf Las Americas an 18 hole golf course, Golf De Sur and Golf Costa Adeje. Winter weather is 20-25 degrees.
The weather in Los Cristianos has an all round spring and summer temperature; a hot subtropical climate with a lot of sun and little rain. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.30a.m.

A great place to stay
By Kevin Watson on 26-Apr-2025Apart from an ideal location, we found the property a great place to stay with excellent on site facilities and supermarkets close by. The apartment facilities were like like living at home, all well maintained and the ability to keep in touch with home via Wifi and TV was the icing on the cake. I recommend this holiday stay.

Our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it even more

We just want a nice quite place to stay, with good facilities and a good location and Peter's apartment ticks all the boxes and as well as that the cost for 7 days is very reasonable. We also cannot fault the hard work that caretaker Annie puts in to make us feel welcome. She even called us a cab to take us back to the airport. We are going to book again for next year and are looking forward to it all ready

Amazing apartment!!
By Tracy T on 20-Jan-2025We stayed here for 10 nights and found everything to be exceptionally good and well thought out. Fabulous views, facilities and, so good, we booked a return visit. Annie, met us on arrival was a delightful lady who took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked etc. very reassuring and helpful too. The apartments are a mixture of local residents and holiday lets. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Very relaxing
By A and E on 31-Dec-2024Spacious and comfortable apartment, in a peaceful residential area. Complex exceptionally clean and the large pool was great. Communication with the owner, Peter Scott very efficient. Annie, the resident caretaker was welcoming and responsive. Supermarket, bars and restaurants some 15 minute walk away. Only disappointment for us was, on arrival Annie informed us that there was in fact, no private, garage parking available, despite this being assured at the time of booking. Annie said that the allocated garage space has not been available for 4 years!
