Description
The villa is well located in the resort of Los Delfines (Cala n Forcat) with restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. At the same time the villa is situated in a quiet place along the green zone next to the cove of Cala n Forcat, accessible directly from the house via a small path (100 m distance). There are 2 small beaches with sand ideal for kids with shallow water and platforms to enjoy sun bathing. Cala n Brut with its jumping platforms and the water park are within 5 minutes walking distance from the house so you can have fun with the family. The beach of Calan Blanes is also at walkable distance (15 min).A car is not needed at all but would give you more freedom to explore that beautiful Island (beaches, Cami de cavall, other cities…). Near by the house you will find taxi and bus stops from where you can head to Ciutadella, the most beautiful town of Menorca (my opinion) with its old traditional buildings full of history and charm. Be ensured to find plenty of great restaurants that you will discover during our visit. The "plaça des Born" has its local market in the evening during summer where you can find local art craft. Don’t forget to pass by the harbor so romantic at night.
This traditional Menorcan house has everything you need for your comfort on 2 levels for 6 people. All bedrooms are equipped with fans to ensure better sleep during hot weather. On the upper level of the villa, you will find the gate where you will access a traditional Spanish living room. On the same level you will find two sleeping rooms with double bed, one with two twin beds and a bathroom. There is a terrace with a porch to enjoy an aperitif or evening tea on the sofa. On the lower level there is a big living room with chimney, one sleeping room with single bed, one bathroom and a big fully equipped kitchen with a table to have diner. On that level you will find your 8x4 meters swimming pool with sun beds and umbrella as well as Menorcan Olive tree as natural pergola for shadow.
Next to the pool there is a gate that gives you access to the cove via a small path. The villa is surrounded by a private and secured garden on a 650 m2 plot.
Free wifi provided.
We unfortunately do not rent to group of young people in order to "preserve" the peace around the villa in regards of our neighbors.
For safety reason No kids below 6 years old (pool not secured and stiff stairs)
Prices shown are up to 5 people. For each additional people (max 7 people in the house) there is an extra cost of 20 euros per night per person.
Outside Summer period (July-August) we offer a reduction of 100 Euro/ week for 2 weeks consecutive booking

By Catherine O' Hanlon on 25-Aug-2023We spent two weeks in the villa August 2023. Would Highly recommend. Beautiful villa, large pool, lovely gardens and very peaceful. Lots of birds and tortoises came to visit ! Private walkway with direct access to a cove for sea swimming was a delight. The villa was spacious and bright, very clean, beds extremely comfortable with good quality linen. Even though villa was quiet we were within few minutes walk to supermarket bars and good selection of restaurants and few minutes drive to the lovely town of Ciutadella. Menorca is a beautiful island and the villa is a great base from which to visit the many lovely beaches. Communication with the owner could not have been better. We hope to return soon. Catherine
A fantastic villa in a great location.
By samantha Mcconnell on 24-Aug-2024We had the most wonderful week in this villa. It was clean very well presented and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The location is amazing, within a 3 minute walk there is a supermarket, then less than 10 minutes to all the bars and restaurant and also the water park. The gate at the bottom of the garden given you direct access to Cala En Forcat which was amazing. Cedric the owner is great and we communicated via WhatsApp from booking and throughout our stay answering any questions we have. We would love to return to the villa in the future.
