Description
Palm Villa enjoys a stunning seafront location on the Cala LLonga hillside opposite Es Castell, with fantastic views over Mahonharbour, one of the largest natural harbours in the world.
A few steps from the villa is a small "private" beach- always deserted......a paddle board is provided for guest use here. A superb private pool to enjoy with colour changing LED lighting overlooks the sea.
Cala Llonga is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Menorca, famed for its elevated South-facing water views and
stunning sunsets.
By day, relax on one of the many terraces, or your own private bar, enjoying the beautiful pool and barbecue, and watching the world go by in the harbour - By night enjoy the magical evenings with the lights from Es Castell twinkling on the water.
Cala Llonga has a well respected family restaurant overlooking the harbour a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk
away, or the bustling port town of Mahon is just 10 minutes away with numerous shops and waterfront restaurants.
Beaches: Apart from our little "private" beach next to the villa, just 8 minutes drive from the villa is the fantastic beach of Sa Mesquida, or a few minutes further the unspoilt little fishing village of Es Grau, with yet another stunning beaches and several delightful little bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.
A water taxi runs from cala Llonga over to Mahon port and Cala Fonts, by appointment, throughout the day and evening.

By Olga on 18-Oct-2025Absolutely incredible villa with everything you can wish for. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space to chill inside and outside of the villa. Amazing, peaceful location with stunning views from all 3 levels. Good sized pool. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the views. The owners were very organised with the instructions and prompt in returning the deposit. A welcome bottle of Cava didn't go amiss. Thank you!
Just beautiful!
By Louise Watts on 23-Aug-2025Well what can I say, this property is in such a beautiful location! Brilliant views across to Es Castell and Mahón harbour. The property itself is so clean and comfortable, there were six of us and we had plenty of space. The outdoor area with all the different seating areas was great. The only negative thing for us was the humidity outside was so high for the first few days and with no air conditioning in the lounge area meant we couldn’t sit in there to take a breather from it. Having said that we did all retreat to our bedrooms and ours, being upstairs had fantastic views! A really lovely villa in a lovely area, fifteen minute drive from Mahón, which is a lovely city with a great harbour! All in all we had a brilliant time staying here and would definitely recommend it.
Relaxing, tranquil and comfortable
By Tracy Harvey-Adams on 03-May-2025Superb villa in a very quiet location - just what we wanted. The view is spectacular and very pretty at night time with buildings lit up across the water. For our stay we were with family and friends and the outdoor seating areas made our evenings and days very comfortable for sunseekers or shade lovers. The pool is well maintained, a little cool, but refreshing, and this area has very comfortable sunbeds. The bedrooms are spacious, with super en suite facilities in the two main rooms. Kitchen is very well equipped for a 'home from home' experience and we enjoyed having a few BBQ's. Our hosts were excellent in providing information, responsive, and approachable. Every detail in their home has been considered for guests with labels, instructions and recommendations. The location is a short distance for supermarkets, airport and beaches so a car is essential, but equally taxis are readily available and not expensive. We found some beautiful beaches and chiringuitos, and the local harbour has some nice dining options. Overall a relaxing, laid back vacation with everything we needed. I would recommend this location and villa for couples and families who like a quiet area, prepared to venture out, and have the creature comforts for indoor and outdoor living.
Wonderful villa
By C67 on 12-Apr-2025Our stay at this property was simply amazing. Everything is as described on the website. The sea view is breathtaking and the surrounding is very peaceful. The Villa offers plenty of space for 6, with several sitting areas, deck chairs and lounges. Very clean and well maintained pool (incl. toys for the kids) and a very responsive and helpful owner.

Fabulous week at Palm Villa II

Highlights included the sea views, new bar for evening drinks and card playing, proximity to the sea-so easy to carry the paddle board over for a calm paddle, various well thought through seating areas with sunny spots and plenty of shade. The villa was very well-equipped and Peter’s information very clear, thank you.
Wonderful location

The owners go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable and the whole process couldn't be simpler. The villa was spotless, furnishings modern and very comfortable. We had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
