There is a private parking space with lift access directly to the apartment. High speed internet with wifi provides Euro/UK TV and 7 day catch up with access to the living room and master bedroom smart TVs
Moments from the beach, restaurants, bars and the Paseo Maritimo which offers miles of beachside walking. The lovely Old Town of Marbella and Orange Square are just a few minute walk away and the ferry to Puerto Banus is right in front of you.
There is a lovely rooftop garden and swimming pool, accessed by stairs almost outside the apartment door, with stunning views to the mountains and coast. The pool will only be warm enough from May onwards, depending on the weather.
