Villa Melanie is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property situated in a private Urbanisation in Las Chapas, Marbella area, it is set in a very peaceful area, there is 24 hours security personal patrolling all the surrounding areas which gives added security to your holiday.

There are plenty places to visit so we believe Villa Melanie is a perfect spot to discover all the the Costa Del Sol. so many guest have enjoyed staying with us and many repeat year after year, there is the added bonus of us being on hand to deal with any unforeseen problems that may occur when your on your holiday at our Villa, please contact us to discuss anything you require to know about our Villa, we have been in business on the Costa Del Sol from Jan 2000 so you have the security of taking to us with that added security

Prices are based on 10 adults but it can sleep up to 12 persons but extra pro rata charges will apply when over the 10 people this is to cover the extra electricity water and wear and tear on the Villa

Electricity, water plus all cleaning and laundry is included in the rental prices, but the air con is a optional extra which is paid at the Villa, its operated through a Euro coin box with all bedrooms and living areas having separate boxes so each box can be switched off if not required! .
