Casa Sylvia (new to the rental market) is a Large traditionally designed modern villa with Marina views, offering Village life and wonderful alfresco living in and around our poolside Pergola & Gas BBQ.

Positioned over the Port Addaia Marina and Harbour basin, Casa Sylvia is an exceptionally attractive large villa of 330 square meters built in the classic Spanish style. Its location on the hillside provides fabulous views of the marinas busy summer activities with sailing and motor yachts coming/going and sailors enjoying the whole summer boating scene including the port’s bar/restaurant “La Cantina”.

The Villa has been built as a four bedroomed villa and an additional separate two bedroomed guest wing. PLEASE NOTE: This rental advert only applies to the main 4 bedroomed villa. THE TWO BEDROOMED GUEST WING WILL BE LOCKED AND UNOCCUPIED DURING YOUR STAY.

The villa has fiber Internet and Hot and Cold Air Conditioning newly installed throughout.

The living area consists of a large lounge/diner leading on to both the lounge terrace and the kitchen terrace. There is a large kitchen and also a cloakroom/toilet on the hall landing. There is a fully equipped utility room and drying area off the main hall.

From the lounge terrace the one can sit and enjoy a quiet coffee or glass of wine whilst observing the port and Marina activities below or contemplate the Mediterranean Sea as the yachts and ships crisscross the horizon (with Barcelona being just 125 Nm in the distant beyond).

There are three king sized bedrooms and one twin bedded room. All of the four double bedrooms have their own on-suite facilities and have plenty of space in built-in wardrobes. Three of the bedrooms via French doors lead out directly onto the pool and terrace.

Tranquil private alfresco living and dining by the Pool and Terrace is-what-it’s-all-about; there is a most fabulous pool to enjoy, about 38ft long and 7 ft in the deep end with steps at one end, there is a large terrace area with sofas, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a splendid Pergola structure tucked away near the pool end with a beautiful large table seating 8 in comfort. The Pergola has lights to allow evening dining until late. There is a gas barbecue near the pergola. So straight from the grill to the plate: LOVELY!!

There is also an exterior pool terrace toilet-come-changing room with an outside shower (so no need for wet feet going into the villa).

Just imagine the scene. Sitting under the pergola with your family and friends just chatting around the dining table with your evening meal finished, the sun nearly gone down and sipping a lovely glass of simple Spanish rose, with the light changing from the falling sun and being replaced by the pergolas' lights and the pool's underwater lights. JUST BLISS!

We are about 25 min's from the airport and main town/capital Mahon, there is a bus service in the summer and taxis are available locally.

We work on a 7 day minimum stay but you can arrive and leave on any day of the week.

Local Port Addaia INFO

Port Addaia with its small marina is a fabulous little upmarket village location close but not too close to the local resort of Arenal Den Castell and you will find villa Sylvia very conveniently positioned for the shops and restaurants and overlooks the harbour.

Although a car is great to see the island there is no need to drive in Port Addaia as we have up to four local bars/restaurants and a well-stocked mini supermarket few minutes (2 - 6 min's) stroll away and the lovely Boat Marina bar/restaurant "La Cantina" about a 7 to 8 min's walk away.

We also have the nearby Arenal Den Castell resort with its bars/restaurants and its natural horseshoe shaped beach (Just over a mile away.

There is also the village of Na Macaret about a mile away with its small narrow beach and shallow water, great for small children to sit/play in the water.

There is also another center called Coves Noves with a larger supermarket and 4 or 5 bar/restaurants etc about a half a mile away and also a Super Aqua-Water-Park.

You will find that Port Addaia is a very peaceful and safe location with no through traffic and comprises of mostly privately owned villas.

Beautiful and Quite.

5/5 and quite Beautiful and quiet The villa was in a very quiet part of Menorca overlooking the port. Very well equipped villa and very clean. The owners and the housekeeper were very helpful from beginning to end and answered any questions we had. We did end up hiring a car as taxis are hard to get there. Although the owners put us in touch with someone that did do the airport runs for us. Pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed themselves in there. Memorable Family Holiday

5/5 Memorable Family Holiday My wife and myself along with grown up sons and their partners plus first grandchild aged 11 months for a wonderful family get together. The villa was excellent providing really nice accommodation and everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our needs with the villa being superb for relaxing by the pool, barbecues and within a short walk to a great little supermarket and 3 restaurants. The area is still suffering from the after effects of Covid but will soon be in full swing with other eating places opening up. Mahon and Fornells are only 20 mins drive and offer a vast choice of places to eat. We chartered a boat for several days from the small marina which we overlooked, proving what a great area and coastline it is for boating. Hoping to go back next year. 7/10/2022 at 12:26 PM

Villa Sylvia, Port d''Addaia

My wife and I stayed at villa Sylvia for the first time in June this year and not only were we blessed with good weather we couldn''t have asked for better accommodation which the pictures on the website amply demonstrate . The villa is positioned overlooking the small fishing port and marina. It provides fantastic views from most of the bedrooms which also lead directly onto a terrace with large swimming pool and from the balconies which serve the dining room, kitchen and living room. We have been holidaying in Addaia at different villa''s twice a year (Pandemic excluded) for nearly 10 years and can honestly say that this villa is by far the best we have ever stayed in to date. Finally the owners are very helpful in letting residents leave their luggage in the attached annex until they leave for early arrival or late departure.
