Description
Villa Elsie is located in the popular resort Arenal d’en Castell on the north coast of the island. The beautiful white sand beach is only a 5 minute walk away, as are the variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Both Mahón, the capital of the island with its beautiful natural harbour, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 20 minute drive in opposite directions. There is parking within the villa grounds and for those who prefer public transport, there are regular bus services to Mahon, Es Mercadal and Fornells.The villa has a private swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun loungers and a large parasol. The shaded porch, with table and chairs and stone barbecue, is the ideal spot for those who enjoy al fresco dining and cooking.
The property is distributed on three floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with access to exterior porch.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room.
Second Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views from a private balcony and en-suite shower room.
Please note that the house is located in a tourist resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music can be heard.

Reservation Conditions:
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit is paid with the balance payment and will be returned after departure)
Eco-tax: 2.00 €/night/person 16 years and over

By Natascha on 01-Oct-2024Fantastic villa equipped with everything you need. Clean and lovingly furnished. The private pool is the highlight. You can park in the driveway. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. All information is provided in advance and is very comprehensive. Questions and concerns are answered quickly. The exchange with Gurbia was very pleasant. Thank you! Right next door is a large hotel complex that has an entertainment program every evening, which is quite loud. During the day, the noise level is within the normal range.

Wonderful Stay

The pool was absolutely lovely, a great spot to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. The surroundings were quiet and tranquil, which made it ideal for a restful holiday. Everything was just as described, and we would definitely love to return.
