Just returned from a week at Villa Elsie. Fantastic 3 bedroom with tons of room, a great kitchen area and great views from the balcony. We spent most of our time in the pool which was a wonderful temperature the whole day! The owner was great and the fresh eggs they gave upon arrival was a lovely touch. Highly Recommend for a relaxing week.
Excellent séjour en famille Villa de vacances 3 chambres 1 place de parking bien située avec tout à proximité (plage, restaurants, supermarchés) à 20min de Mahon, et très bien équipée (climatisation, WiFi, lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café nespresso, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux) Vue magnifique du balcon de la chambre principale sur la baie et la plage d Arenal, un régal Un grand merci à Gurbia de l agence de location pour sa gentillesse, et sa réactivité lors de nos échanges. Nous avons pu avoir un départ tardif, et c est très appréciable, une nouvelle fois merci. Un guide via une application est mis à notre disposition avant notre arrivée avec toutes les informations nécessaires, c est top. La maison est à proximité d un grand espace hôtelier, ça nous a pas dérangé du fait de la faible fréquentation en avril mais l été ça doit être assez bruyant, et ça peut déranger. malheureusement vous y êtes pour rien et ne pouvez rien y faire. Un petit coup de jeune pourrait être donné aux salles de bain et à l espace cuisine mais cela reste propre et fonctionnel pour des vacances. Les voitures extérieures qui se garent devant la clôture de la piscine (et nous sommes hors saison), et le tas de gravats a l extérieur de la propriété, mais juste derrière la clôture. ça gache un peu la vue... We were able to have a late check-out, and that is very appreciable, thank you once again. A guide via an application is made available to us before our arrival with all the necessary information, it''s great. The house is close to a large hotel area, it didn''t bother us due to the low attendance in April but in summer it must be quite noisy, and that can be disturbing. unfortunately you have nothing to do with it and can''t do anything about it. A little facelift could be given to the bathrooms and the kitchen area but it remains clean and functional for a vacation.
