Description
Villa Caterina is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town is ideal for families, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and sangria. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Calan Porter and Mahon during the summer months.Connected to the lounge is an “L” shaped veranda, furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxing in the shade. The pool terrace, which is gated and accessed via steps or ramp, has sunbeds, a second table with picnic benches, and a stone barbecue. At the entrance façade of the property there is a garden with indigenous plants and a small terrace with a third table with chairs.
The villa has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and fittings and is distributed over the ground floor:

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation Deposit at time of reservation: 10% (refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival)
Final Balance 60 days prior to arrival: 90 % (non-refundable)
Security deposit: 300 € (the security deposit can be paid in advance or on arrival and will be returned via bank transfer after departure)

By Jamie on 15-Jun-2025We rented the Villa for 5 nights, I can't fault anything with the villa. Amazing pool, nice quite surroundings and not overlooked by anyone., everything is well kept and maintained. Just the perefect place to send a week in the sun. It's about 400m down the road from where it's marked, not sure if this is a security thing but it's something to be aware of when booking.
Amazing Villa
By Martina on 25-Jun-2025The house is amazing, it has everything you need for a longer stay, the pool was awesome and it got cleaned regularly. Location is very convenient - less than 10 mins to the town centre, 15 mins to the beach. The garden is just amazing - super chill and beautiful. Totally recommend! we also appreciated the detailed house guidelines where we could find all necessary info for our stay.
Amazing Villa

Our grandsons had the holiday of a lifetime and spent much of the time enjoying the well maintained pool! We honestly couldn’t fault anything about it, and really appreciated Gurbia’s prompt, helpful, informative responses throughout. Thank you so very much!
We loved our stay
By Paula on 22-Oct-2023We loved our stay here during October half term. The house is lovely, with plenty of space, comfy beds, good showers and a well equipped kitchen. The veranda was perfect for eating outside, drying clothes and playing scrabble with the kids as the sun went down. And the garden and pool were even better than the pictures. A real suntrap and exactly the kind of place you could happily hang out in all day long. Loved the roof terrace for star gazing and watching the sun rise. 5 minute walk into town. Would happily return.
Superb Villa

What a villa!
By Jenny Lewtey-Jones on 16-Jul-2022What a villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Caterina and truly appreciated the beautiful gardens the villa was set in. The pool was spotless and we were spoiled by the travertine flagstones which surrounded it. No burnt feet before jumping in!!! The villa itself is perfectly clean and houses everything you need from the cutlery to even a dishwasher. We came to love watching the sunset from the balcony and the kids loved hunting for geckos amongst the olive trees. Location wise, Cala En Porter is a lovely part of Menorca and the adjacent beaches are simply stunning also. We will be back and recommend this villa 100%
