Description
Villa Binikixa is located on the south-east coast of the island in the picturesque Binibeca resort. The wonderful white sand beach with turquoise waters is a short walk from the property, as are several restaurants and bars in the area. The dining options continue a further 10 minute walk away at what used to be a traditional fisherman's village at Binibeca Vell, and is now a popular attraction for visitors to the island. The towns San Luis and Mahon are 10 - 15 drive away and are connected by a public bus service.The villa has a spacious garden with indigenous plants and trees and different areas to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. There is a stone terrace around the swimming, furnished with sunbeds and a parasol, and a pergola providing shade over the table and chairs next to the stone barbeque, the ideal spot for al fresco dining. Connected to the lounge is a covered porch with garden sofas for relaxing in the shade.

Clean and Welcoming
By Remo on 19-Aug-2025The house was clean and welcoming, located in a very quiet complex of houses. Close to the most beautiful beaches and a few km from the city of Mahon. Gurbia was really kind to us, beyond all expectations. I hope to be able to return there one day.
Great time at Villa Binikixa
By Sara on 26-Oct-2023We had a really great time at the Villa Binikixa, it was perfect for our family of four and a great base from which to explore the island. The outside space and the pool were lovely. The beds were comfy, it was well equipped, and everything was clean and tidy. La Villa Company were great to deal with, really efficient - Gurbia was friendly and always responded quickly to emails. We especially liked being able to put the information App for the villa and guidebook on our phones, it worked really well. Thanks so much.
Very Cozy Villa

Exterior molt aprofitable, amb piscina i barbacoa i una bona taula pels àpats. Interior amb habitacions àmplies i tot molt ben decorat. La situació és molt bona, es pot aparcar còmodament i a 5 minuts de la platja caminant. Molt recomanable Cuina una mica vella però té totes les necessitats indispensables, així que tampoc és una pega. Fins i tot disposa d''una cafetera Nespresso. Translation: It is a very cozy house, with all the necessary comforts to enjoy a good holiday. Very usable exterior, with pool and barbecue and a good table for meals. Interior with spacious rooms and everything very well decorated. The situation is very good, you can park comfortably and 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Highly recommended Kitchen a bit old but it has all the essentials, so it''s not a fault either. It even has a Nespresso coffee machine.
Amazing Host
By Sammi on 03-Oct-2023Gurbia was an amazing host always responded quickly when we had an issue. She got the maintenance team out when we had an issue and rang the Internet company when the Interner switched off. She responded when we needed bbq utensils. An amazing host.
