Description
This villa is very private and perfect for all to relax and get away from the hub-bub.There is parking for two cars on the driveway and off road parking in this quiet area of Binibeca.
This is a contemporary villa on two levels. It provides the best of both worlds. Firstly it is in a secluded location, with beautiful views overlooking the Menorquin countryside, making your stay peaceful and tranquil. In addition it is only a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the cut through paths giving the full on beach experience when you want it.
Inside on the ground floor there is a WC and an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with UK free view satellite (BBC, ITV etc.), smart TV with Netflix and also Hifi (with USB/bluetooth connectivity) and wifi etc.
Down two steps from the lounge area and along the corridor are three bedrooms. There are two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom ( there is a shower over the bath.) The other twin bed room has an en suite shower room. It can be made up as a double bed if required.
Walking up the polished stone staircase from the living area to the first floor is the spacious master bedroom and en suite shower room. It has a large patio door leading to an upper sun terrace, with a coffee table and seating for two, and some private sunbathing. There are uninterrupted views over a seemingly endless network of walled wild fields and olive groves..
Outside, the large mediterranean landscaped gardens have palms, bourganvillea, hibiscus, yuccas, lemon and fig trees, as well as other typically Mediterranean plants. Wild tortoise are common in the quiet refined privacy of the garden.
There is a generous pool (8m x 4m and 1.9m at its deepest) surrounded by a sun soaked terrace, with BBQ, parasols, sun lounger and a shower. There is ample shade under the cover of the veranda at the rear of the Villa, providing dining for up to ten. Adjacent you will find an area with a beautiful three piece suite and coffee table, where you can relax and enjoy the views over the olive trees and watch the sun go down with a drink. There is a fantastic chill-out pool side room with BBQ and seating, which makes a fantastic addition to the pool environment!
An additional benefit is that there is a quiet shaded seating area, away from the pool, at the front of the house to sit and relax quietly.
Please note we supply linen and towels, as well as beach towels
We provide travel cots, bed guard, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.
Please note that high season June until mid September is Friday to Friday bookings only. We are more flexible out of this period
Booking Conditions:
Free cancellation is available if the booking is cancelled more than eight weeks before departure.
We do not request any large payments up front as we realise holidays must be budgeted for. So, a confirmation Deposit at time of reservation is 10%-20%, then a stage payment of 10%-20% approximately 3-4 months before holiday. This amount is refundable if the booking is cancelled prior to eight weeks before departure.
Final Balance of 70% is due eight weeks prior to arrival: There is no refund at this point.
Security deposit: 500 GBP (the security deposit is paid with the final balance payment and will be returned after departure provided all is ok)

We really appreciated the range of outdoor seating options so our party never felt on top of each other. The best thing was the location. Walking distance to a great bakery, small supermarket, 2 beaches and a few restaurants (need booking). We were so happy to not have to get in the car some days and just hang out.

Gorgeous villa in a great location
By Abigail on 01-Aug-2025Our multigenerational group of grandparents, parents and young children (6 & 4 years and 3 months) visited in the first week of August. We found the villa very well equipped for all our needs with travel cots, high chairs, bed guards and all the kitchen utensils we might need. The villa provided plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax and the outdoor area was especially wonderful - we loved sitting out watching the sunset while the kids were still playing in the pool. The villa felt private and secluded but it was quick to pop down to the lovely bakery, restaurants or supermarket in Cala Torret or the beach at Binibeca Nou. The beach was lovely for children - fairy busy as it was peak August high season - but still space to relax and swim. We also enjoyed snorkelling off the rocks on Cala Torret. Sigrin was brilliant from first contact - providing plenty of information and tips and reassuring us help was at hand if we needed it - which we didn’t as everything ran very smoothly. We had a really lovely and memorable week in Binibeca and would love to return sometime.

Lovely villa
By Gill on 03-Jun-2025Spent a great 10 days at the villa. Very well equipped especially for the 2 and 3 year old grandchildren. Great outdoor area for eating, relaxing and swimming - all very comfortable. Bonus seeing the tortoises in the garden. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, beach and excellent bakery. Would definitely return and recommend. Communication with Sigrin very good and quick.

Cala Torret is wonderful - excellent supermarket, bakery and around 5/6 restaurants. All of the restaurants are really good, but CalaMar is the best by far. We had such a great time on this holiday and Adam and Sigrin were superb hosts - we will definitely be back.100% recommended. 8/16/2024 at 8:02 PM
Perfect Setting
By Jo&Ian on 05-Oct-2024We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing 2 weeks in October 2024. We would normally find a rural villa to escape to, on this occasion we had the best of both worlds, the villa is situated on the outer edge of an area of private villas and backs on to open countryside of olive trees yet less than a 10 minute stroll to restaurants and the local supermarket and bakery. Excellent facilities both in and out. Even in October we were able to spend every evening outside. The pool is immaculately clean, and when lit at night along with the lighting in the chill out area it provided the perfect backdrop for any alfresco dining. The only disappointment (not related to the villa) was most of restaurants in the Binibeca Vell area, about 20 minutes walk were closed down for the season however look out for Bambu Restaurant on the way into Binibeca Vell, the food and service is way above the standards of the other restaurants we came across. Sigrin, the villa owner, was brilliant to deal with from start to finish and it was so reassuring to speak to the owner before we booked and paid for our holiday.
