Description

This detached four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is located in the popular beach resort of Cala en Porter. It offers privacy whilst being only a short walk away from all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that the resort provides, as well as its beautiful beach with white sand and pristine water.

The property is divided into the main house and the annexe. In the main house, there are three fully air conditioned bedrooms: one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with two single beds each. They all have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. These two twin rooms share a full family bathroom.

In the main house, there is a living/dining room furnished with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV with IPTV channels and DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access; and a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You can even stand at the kitchen sink and admire the sea views!

Through patio doors off the living room there is a terrace area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Steps lead down from this terrace to the 10x5m swimming pool and ample sunbathing terrace areas. The pool has a removable American-style safety fence for the protection of children (additional cost to erect £55).

Just off the pool terrace and underneath the main house is the guest annexe, this offers an air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room and WC, a large living area, an open plan kitchenette and its own separate entrance; a perfect place for grandparents, teenagers etc. who wish to have some privacy.

There is a hand basin and wc which can only be accessed from outside, so that guests don´t have to enter the house when they are sunbathing/using the pool. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a sink and food preparation area, as well as a complete set of garden furniture so as to enjoy the lovely outdoor areas and the stunning views.

Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.

The Area:
Cala en Porter is set on the cliffs overlooking a stunning bay in a protected nature area offering fabulous views of countryside, white sands and turquoise waters. This is a self-contained resort perfect for those wanting everything nearby. It is also close to Mahon, Es Castell and Alaior if you fancy a change of scenery.

The beach at Cala en Porter is perfect for smaller children due to it’s perfect sands, gently sloping shallows falling into crystal clear turquoise waters. The beach can be reached on foot via steps, by car with free car parking under shade or you can walk down the beach road. At the beach front there are public toilets and a red cross/lifeguards post. There are also a few beachside Cafe bars and basic restaurants along the beachside promenade incase you don’t fancy walking back up the hill for your lunch.
