Ours is not a 'book the villa and then sort yourselves out"" holiday experience'. We work hard to make this a wonderful holiday experience for you all with personalised care and five star service. In our price we include all the essential basics in the bathrooms and kitchen, paella ring for the culinary adventurous, copious amounts of pool towels, inflatables for the pool, beach toys and beach umbrellas for the kiddies. We also provide a personal shopping service so that your first day's food and drinks are in the kitchen on your arrival so your holiday starts from the word go! The house is also fully air conditioned including all the bedrooms.

Trying to work around your arrival time at the airport, our team works hard to have everything ready and waiting for your arrival so we try to be flexible where we can on arrival times at the house, but with a hectic Summer holiday season this has to be after 1.00 p.m.

In the house, we have plenty of entertainment provided for you too. The games room has a comprehensive DVD library and TV, soft-darts, and table tennis, but most importantly it is somewhere the kids can chill out away from the mid-day sun. There is another TV and DVDs in the lounge area, the upstairs teddy bear room is also a haven of toys, colouring books, reading books and things to do for little ones when it is too hot outside! The poolside bar and dining areas are perfect for you all to get together al fresco and the roof terrace offers a magnificent platform to relax in comfort with beautiful views, ""see the sea"" and toast any incoming holiday flights.
The hugely stocked kitchen allows handy access to the BBQ and second dining area. All 4 bedrooms are comfy with crisp cotton sheets, the very best mattresses, 2 fluffy pillows per person, and colour themed with a loving touch to brighten the holiday. There are two double bedrooms,one twin bedroom and the bunk room for children. We call this our ship! A stern full of bedrooms and a bow full of space to have fun just 20 metres walk from our local sandy beaches, little swimming coves and the glorious coastal path walks with sunset views from the house across our bay towards distant Majorca. The house provides a truly fun and exciting place from which to explore your surroundings - from sandy coves and beaches, the Cami Cavalls headland footpath and then of course 5 fabulous bars and restaurants two of which are just two minutes walking distance from the house. One restaurant is an authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant called "El Txoko" and the other "L'Opera" is an excellent Italian pasta and pizza emporium complete with ice cream parlour! Down from Binisafua beach you also have another very good Menorcan restaurant "Club Nautica".

The delightful little fishing village of Binibeca Vell is just a 20 minute walk away with further restaurants, shops and a small supermarket. Please note though you still need a car as this is not a resort but a cluster of houses nestling near to a beautiful, un-spoilt bay and beach. So for bigger supermarket food trips and for exploring this truly beautiful island car hire is advised. We can do this for you with our chosen car company - a small, thoroughly reliable Menorcian family run company that we have worked with for years now - and you get a free meet and greet at airport arrivals, assistance with your luggage and escort to the house with your car/cars!
