Description
Perfect place to get away, relax and unwind with friends or family.The property is large and spacious with a lovely open plan design. There are great views from the balcony terrace where you can cook a treat on the BBQ.
Just 2 minutes walk to the local restaurant and supermarket. There is also a large communal heated swimming pool and a kids playing area. It's perfect for families.
It can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 1 child but we prefer to keep it to 6 people or less. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. We also have a baby cot and high chair if required.
All the bedrooms are located downstairs with the living area, kitchen and balcony terrace upstairs offering great views.
You can access directly to the downstairs patio (sun trap) from the bedrooms. All bathrooms have marble finishing and throughout the house you will notice the attention to detail.
It really is the best Duplex in the complex and the interior design is stunning with great views from the terrace/balcony to the golf course.
In the complex there is an excellent restaurant - “The Tauro Grill” and a large Spar supermarket (both less than 2 minutes’ walk). There is also a larger heated communal swimming pool solely for the use of owners and renters (we provide a key to access).
It is perfect for families and we can provide baby cot, high chair and push buggy for the kids :-)
More information on the area:
· Puerto Mogan, known as Little Venice, has become quite accessible from Tauro since a new dual carriageway has been opened from Tauro in 2013 and is now just about a 5 minute drive away through the new tunnels. The Friday Market is highly recommended.
· Puerto Rico has vehicle access from Tauro through a tunnel and is now just a few minutes from your villa . Night life here is lively but still far enough away not to be noticed unless guests wish to enjoy a special few nights out.
· Las Palmas, the capital city , which is less than one hour's drive from Tauro boasts a modern Opera House, superb beaches and shopping attractions.
· There are 7 championship golf courses on the island, with the most popular , Anfi Tauro, on your doorstep, as the villa overlooks the driving range.

· Tauro is based in the middle of the municipality of Mogan , which is primarily dedicated to tourism.
· The main six tourist areas are all within a short drive and comprise Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Anfi del Mar, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Tauro, Playa del Curator, Taurito and Puerto de Mogan. They all feature a range of restaurants and bars along the avenues and walkways that lead to the end of the beaches.
· Amadores beach with its 5 star beach club and numerous bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes from the villa.
Swimming here is very popular as the beach is designed to cut off large waves from the Atlantic Ocean.
In summary, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy your holiday then our villa is perfect.

By Jeannie on 21-Sep-2024Gerard was a wonderful host. He met us at the accommodation and answered any questions we had. He was also very quick to respond when we had other questions. The condo is very spacious and very comfortable. The hot tub is a nice treat in the evening. The views of the moutains from the deck during sunset are spectacular as all the colours of the different layers are exposed. The condo is well appointed and the kitchen had everything for cooking in. There is one restaurant on the premises as well as a supermarket otherwise you need to drive to stores or restaurants. There are lots in Porto Rico or Puerto Morgan. There are two beaches within walking distance. Walking to the beaches while enjoying the beauty of the desert was a great way to spend some time. There is a nice beach club on Amadore beach. We would highly recommend this condo it certainly deserves a 5 star rating.

Lovely villa in a quiet complex
By Lynn on 11-Jan-2025Gerard's place was exactly as listed and a very nice place to stay. It was clean and bright with lots of easy to clean marble everywhere. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having 2 bathrooms and a third toilet! The showers were always hot and the water pressure was excellent! We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was very easy to use! The view from the balcony was very restful. The onsite Spar shop was really useful and had long opening hours. Both the shop and the pool were a two minute walk. The onsite restaurant was useful if you didn't want to go further afield in the evening. We enjoyed being able to walk to both Tauro Beach (about 10-15 minute walk) and also to Amadores Beach (about 10 mins further on). Gerard was a great host. He sent lots of info about the villa and the local area before we arrived, including a video of the villa, and he emailed answers to my questions really quickly. We had a great week here and would definitely recommend it.
Lovely Duplex Villa.
By Kirsty on 15-Feb-2025This duplex is just beautiful! It is spacious and has a lovely balcony to eat dinner or to sit peacefully. The complex is very quiet and has a traditional restaurant and shop close by, so some amenities are available. There is a pool which is often empty and we had to ourselves on some days. The house is close to all beaches and other towns are close by. We hope to be back soon!
Beautiful villa in a great location
By Mike Roche on 03-Jul-2025Stayed in Gerard’s accommodation June 25 (3A & Teenager). From my first interaction with Gerard to departure he was top class. He met us and gave a detailed tour, was always available to answer any queries and messaged throughout our stay to ensure all was ok. The location is excellent, swimming pool 2 minutes, with great space to chill out. The onsite Spar has everything you will require. We ate a number of times at the Tauro Grill, great food, great service in a relaxed atmosphere. We used the Taxi service recommended by Gerard, very efficient and reasonably priced. Suggest you visit Mogan Mall, as well as shopping there are some excellent restaurants. Went to Aqualand, wasn’t very busy a good day out. We walked to Tauro beach, lovely spot restaurant basic but food excellent. Two places you must visit, Amadores Beach and Puerto De Mogan. In summary the pictures don’t do the place justice, what Gerard describes is exactly what you get and more. I highly recommend.
