This apartment is in a great location, the owner and the agents are fabulous, the apartment itself is just marvellous with a very high standard of cleanliness and plenty of space, the swimming pool is excellent and the terrace overlooking Mojacar Playa is simply magical. Since 2017 we have been enjoying a fantastic two week holiday every year at this superb location. Last year, however, we stayed from October 2023 to March 2024 – and what an idyllic time we had. Our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren (aged four and five) stayed with us on three separate occasions including Christmas and what wonderful times we all had making memories we’ll cherish forever. Mojacar itself surpassed our expectations by a long way which is why we return year on year. An absolute gem.
We had a great experience at this lovely apartment and in Mojacar generally. Everyone we encountered has been warm, welcoming and friendly all throughout our trip here. Las Cumbres is a great location, so close to the beach and it has a lovely private pool. The apartment is comfortable, clean, tidy and spacious and to a high standard. The views from this apartment are breath-taking and picturesque. When we come back to Mojacar this will be the apartment that we will continue to stay at year over year! Thank you for a brilliant holiday.
We give this rental property 10/10 for cleanliness, location, listing accuracy, value and overall great communication. It was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. We loved sitting on the huge terrace overlooking the beach and the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The views are spectacular. When we got too hot, the pool was perfect to cool us down and get in some exercise. The beds, chairs and couches were very comfy. The barbecue is perfect for when you didn’t want to eat out or cook in the well equipped kitchen. We plan to come back later this year.
