Very spacious Garden apartment with a sunroom and private courtyard. The lovely gated pool is just 20 paces away .
set in a well maintained pretty complex, designed in the Spanish pueblo style is just 5 minute walk to the main part of the Playa's sandy beaches, shops and a very wide selection of bars and restaurants , located in a quiet residential area.

3 bedrooms, Master is ensuite. Twin bedroom and the the 3rd is a unique Cave room which is only for children under 12 children

Unique traditional design makes it more like a villa with a pool in the garden!!

The back door leads to a private secluded courtyard with a dining table, chairs and barbecue where you can enjoy long lazy lunches under the shade of our orange tree!.

There is also a clothes drying area.
