it is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €7.00 (2025)

EXTERIOR Pool and Sun Terrace: The master bedroom and living room doors lead out to the shaded al fresco dining area, with seating for 6. There is a pool table for further entertainment and a modern jacuzzi hot tub, enabling full enjoyment of the stunning sea views. The sun terrace provides 6 sun beds and a private pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.1m to 1.5m in depth, with stepped entry. There is an outside shower for convenience, and a built in Canarian BBQ, perfect for the nominated chef in the party.
Parking and Accessibility: It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is parking for 2 vehicles. The villa is all on one floor.
Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken. Minimum stay of 7 nights may be applicable. Enquire for a price if less than 7 nights is required.
