Description

This villa is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa which offers stunning mountain and sea views from the large sun terrace. It is situated in a popular residential area of Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to the town centre. This lovely villa has a spacious living room with dining area and patio doors leading to a vast terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors from the living room lead out onto the upper terrace which has a wooden pergola and dining table, perfect for al fresco dining in a little welcome shade. From here you have some fantastic sea views. A couple of steps lead down to the lower terrace, which has a Canarian BBQ and garden area. The sunbathing terrace is south-facing, so it provides the sun all day long and the sun loungers surround the large inviting swimming pool. This property does require a security deposit payment: You agree to pay a £200 refundable Security Deposit. This is fully-refunded after your departure if there is no damage, excessive cleaning and/or abuse of facilities. Normal wear and tear such as broken glassware is not considered damage.
