Description
Light and airy stone villa with full width sliding doors to balconies and 180 degree views over the infinity pool to Boka Bay, Tivat, Mt Vrmac and iconic Mt Lovcen.Set at one end of a quiet village which lies at the entrance to the beautiful Lustica peninsula, it is a perfect destination whether you wish to relax by the fabulous pool or explore spectacular Montenegro.
Plavi Horizonte, a wide sandy beach set in a sheltered bay backed by pine trees, is a five minute drive or 15 minute walk.
The space
The accommodation is arranged on two floors. Entrance hall, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor, and the open plan living space on the first floor. There are full width sliding doors on three sides of the L shaped space, opening to balconies with views to Boka Bay, Tivat, Mt Vrmac and iconic Mt Lovcen.
The dramatic black & white luxury kitchen has a dishwasher, fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. We are keen cooks and it is very well equipped with plentiful quantities of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.
The decor has a boho chic feel and displays my collection of North African & Spanish pottery, hangings and baskets. Floors are tiled throughout.
We use white cotton bedlinen and all towels and pool towels are provided.
You will also find supplies of dishwasher tabs, washing powder, loo rolls etc.
The garden is fully landscaped, with shaded outdoor dining area and large infinity pool with sun terraces on three sides, and mediterranean style planting.
We are situated at the end of the village and all outdoor areas are very private.
Guest access
The whole property, including parking and the large infinity pool is for the sole use of our guests.
Other things to note
There is parking for two cars.
Guests should note that the gravelled access track is quite narrow and small cars are advisable.

By Boris on 31-Aug-2023Super villa, tranquil surroundings. The villa is beautiful and superbly decorated. The hostess is always available and has great tips for restaurants/excursion destinations. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

By Jo on 31-Jul-2023Everything about the house is amazing - the location, the views, the furnishings and the pool are all stunning. The bedrooms each with their own bathroom are spacious have air conditioning and all have a door out to the pool level. There are so many lovely seating areas both in the sun and the shade for reading your book, enjoying drinks and meals. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and very personal - certainly a homely feel. Easy to get to Tivat and Kotor. Enjoyed a brilliant speedboat tour around the bay that we booked online. To be honest though we loved the house, pool and views so much that we didn’t feel the need to venture out too much!

By David on 23-Oct-2023We had a fantastic time staying at Sally''s villa, it was a real home-from-home, nicely furnished, well appointed and in the perfect location for us. The villa is only a short drive from the airport (but is well away from the flight path) and both Tivat and Kotor towns. It has amazing views out over Tivat, and the terrace is a wonderful spot to sit in the evening to enjoy a drink or two. The villa is very well furnished, with every comfort, both inside and out with a lovely pool. The location is best enjoyed with a car to get about to enjoy the delights of the Lustica peninsular and those further afield. Sally has been a great host, very responsive and very helpful. We loved our week in Montenegro, in no small part due to this villa and will be back in the future.

Then when we decided to go out there were so many options just a short drive away. We loved the decor and felt right at home. We would stay again in a second if we could.

By Renaud on 31-Aug-2023we had a fabulous stay in Sally''s house as a family of 4 including 2 children aged 6 and 2. the view is extraordinary and the house has all the necessary amenities /accessories to make the stay as pleasant as possible. the pool is large and super pleasant. the house is well placed to visit Montenegro and the mouths of Kotor and the surroundings. Sally is a very responsive host with whom communication is easy. I would highly recommend!
