Set amidst majestic pines and swaying palms on a large and spacious flat plot, within walking distance of all amenities Villa Safari is just a 25-minute coastal walk to the upmarket resort of Moraira, just 2km away.

Moraira boasts eight Michelin restaurants, many gastronomic delights can be savoured around the picturesque town and marina, accessed via narrow cobbled streets with tapas bars and bistros – be sure to try the local specialities of Octopus Stew and Mistela Wine.

The villa sits on a flat and secure plot, ideal for groups and multi generational families. It enjoys a large drive-in area providing ample parking for up to 5 vehicles, a garden bench is just a hint of the rustic charm to be found inside this charming villa, whilst the garden with campfire area leads to the terracotta tiled terrace that surrounds the front of the house and on down to the pool deck with its large 8x4 salt water pool; which ensures a much kinder bathing experience.

The front terrace has a brick-built barbecue and large outdoor dining area, with a cosy rustic bar in the open Naya, home to a vintage arcade Foosball table, ready for the cocktails to flow. Beside this a Boule court beckons your skills to be tested. Up external stairs is the 4th Bedroom and Solarium with sea views to the El Portet Bay and sunbeds for quiet seclusion or private sun bathing.

The entrance leads into an open plan hall with wooden beams and a rustic table long enough to accommodate everyone, which then opens out to the lounge with seating areas and sofas, flat screen TV (Fire Stick English channels), a music system and open fire.

To the left of the lounge entrance, double french doors give direct access out to the pool area, and an open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

From the lounge a hall gives access to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms, consisting of 1 double/twin room, 1 twin/triple room and 1 double/twin with en suite shower room.

Air Conditioning is present in the lounge and dining area as well as each bedroom. (Additional charges may apply).

Villa Safari has been tastefully decorated to combine rustic charm with modern elegance and comfort. Its perfect location means that along with a wide choice of restaurants on its doorstep, the popular coastal resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are all close to hand. As are the numerous “calas” that this stretch of the Mediterranean coastline is famous for, making it an ideal base for cycling, walking and the many outdoor activities the area promotes.
