Description
Villa Rascat is a beautiful, traditional style, licensed villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the sought-after town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. It is only a 12-minute walk to the town and its restaurants, bars and marina with its beaches just a little further. The villa provides spacious accommodation for 8 people, has a private pool and wonderful views across the valley. It has full central heating, hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, dining and kitchen area, Wi-Fi and a television with UK channels.There are two double bedrooms with king size beds which are both en suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. A cloakroom is next to the lounge.
There is a huge naya with plenty of areas to relax or dine at the 8 seater table. The naya is accessed through the large comfortable lounge. There are eight sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue and although sun is available all day, there are plenty of shaded areas.
There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and an abundance of crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people.
Moraira is an easy hour's drive from the airports in Alicante or Valencia.
Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for dogs.

By Duncan Fenwick on 26-Aug-2025Carl and Sue's Moraira villa is ones of the best villas we've stayed at over the past ten years in Moraira. Perfect location and very very peaceful with great views of the surrounding Moraira hills. Although we are only a family of four there is plenty of space for two families of similar size. Large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a w/c with more than ample living space. The wrap around balcony can only be described as exceptional and will not disappoint morning, noon or night. Outside you'll find plenty of space, around an equally impressive pool. Which I must add was spotless. The main town is a genuine 15 min walk and there is a fab supermarket maybe 10 minutes walk max. We will be back as we couldn't fault our stay. Thanks Carl and Sue's.

Fantastic time in a beautiful villa!
By Cath on 28-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was even bigger than we expected, and a highlight of our trip. The gardens were lovely and beautifully maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, and the host was excellent, always quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return.
A great place to stay.
By Pamela Lloyd on 07-Aug-2025We loved everything about our stay at this property. When we arrived at the villa, after a very early start, the ‘goodies’ left in the fridge were amazing. Just what we needed. The villa was immaculate and fresh linen was provided half way through our 10 day stay. The little things, like washing up liquid, hand soap, salt & pepper etc were a bonus. The gardener and pool attendant kept the grounds immaculate throughout our stay. My daughter had a couple of queries, about taxis, online ordering from the local supermarket etc, which were answered very quickly. We had a fantastic holiday with the family. One of the best. I would certainly recommend this villa and the owner. We would like to visit again.

Fantastic Stay at Villa Rascat !
By Victoria Jones on 14-Jun-2025Just returned after a 10 day stay at Villa Rascat, and would highly recommend it. The Villa is lovely, lots of space both inside and out, with various outside seating areas, so always a shady spot if needed. Beds are comfy, bathrooms really nice and it was spotlessly clean. Large kitchen which has everything you could possible need.. and more. The pool is fantastic, bigger than it looks on the photos and was definitely very well used during our stay ! Location wise, nice and quiet, definitely walking distance to the market, shops, bars & restaurants in the centre of Moraira, although a bit of a hill on the way back, so be prepared ! Loads of choices of supermarkets nearby too if you have a car, basically, everything is within a few minutes drive. Great communication from the owner too, so absolutely no complaints from us :-)
Gorgeous place to stay
By Sophie Weare on 03-Jun-2025We’ve visited Moraira several times as we love the place and this villa made it even better. Such a lovely property and so close to a supermarket and the town centre. Everything we needed was provided including a travel cot and baby bath! The pool area is brilliant with plenty of space for everyone. All guests had a fantastic time, thank you!

By Sam Smith on 24-Aug-2024The experience from start to finish, was amazing. The property caters for all and very, very, well equipped. Beautiful bedrooms, lounge/dining area. Candlelight dinners on the balcony, taking in the views, the sounds of the crickets, all making to a great atmosphere. Our group made up of friends, were very impressed and asked there and then for me to book up again. The pool staff, very polite and caring. A manager on standby which we did not require. Everything was perfect. Stunning - absolutely - stunning. Certainly recommend
