Description

Villa Rascat is a beautiful, traditional style villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the sought-after town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. It is only a 12-minute walk to the town and its restaurants, bars and marina with its beaches just a little further. The villa provides spacious accommodation for 8 people, has a private pool and wonderful views across the valley. It has full central heating, hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, dining and kitchen area, Wi-Fi and a television with UK channels.

There are two double bedrooms which are both en suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. A cloakroom is next to the lounge.

There is a huge naya with plenty of areas to relax or dine at the 8 seater table. The naya is accessed through the large comfortable lounge. There are nine sunbeds around the private pool and a barbecue and although sun is available all day, there are plenty of shaded areas. There is a small solarium on the third floor offering a completely private sunbathing experience.

There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and an abundance of crockery and cutlery. The dining room seats eight people.

Moraira is an easy hour's drive from the airports in Alicante or Valencia.

Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for dogs.

Wonderful Spacious Villa

A wonderful, spacious villa, in a great location, only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. Great communication from the owners and a beautiful pool to boot, very highly recommended.

The villa was perfect for our family vacation. Location for town was perfect. Villa had everything you could wish for. Carl and the property manager were fantastic and very responsive.

This villa is well equipped with everything you need, it has a lovely pool and is in a nice quiet setting but also central enough for a steady 10 minute walk into town.
