Casa Martina is a south facing villa which has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, well proportioned and spacious. Both bedrooms have double beds and the sofa bed in living room can accommodate one person.
Modern and clean , it is ideal for a family or couples. One bedroom has on suite bathroom and the shower room is located centrally in the corridor. The villa is nicely secluded with beautiful views towards sea and mountains above it. There is peace and privacy on the pool terrace, the pool is standard size kidney shaped with few steps at the shallow end. The terrace furniture and of course GAS BBQ . The best thing is that the beach is less than 1 km away and local supermarket, hairdressers, Spanish bar are in a walking distance. If you bring your own lap top the internet WI-FI is available, so if necessary,you can keep in contact with your friends or work load.
This part of Spain was recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. There are many local fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. On fiesta days, the towns are transformed to one big weekly local market where you can buy a wide range of items, from vegetables to small furniture. The street parties and running bulls to the sea , this buzzing atmosphere needs to be experienced.
If you enjoy playing golf, there are 13 excellent clubs on the Costa Blanca with 4 of them around the Cumbre Del Sol area. There is also an excellent tennis club at the foot of Cumbre, with open house sessions for visitors every Monday and Friday.

Water sports, bicycles, tennis etc are all available locally

We have had most enjoyable two weeks here in Cumbre de Sol admiring the views from the terrace, enjoying the pool and the lovely cold fridge!!.
