AVAILABLE TO RENT ALL YEAR ROUNDThis two bedroom villa in Pla Del Mar, Moraira, is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Set in a peaceful residential area with its own Private Pool, Solarium, air conditioned bedrooms, views over the Marina and the Mediterranean. The centre of Moraira, with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the sandy beach, is only 200 metres away.
The fully fitted kitchen contains an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided should you wish to cater for yourselves. The lounge/diner has ample seating, coffee table, video, stereo/CD and free wi-fi and UK television. There are two bedrooms: one double, the second twin-bedded, both with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom.
Under the covered porch is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Near the terracing, by the private pool is a built-in barbecue. Surrounding the pool is terracing for lazing upon on the sun loungers.
The theme park, Terra Mitica Park at Benidorm is within 30 minutes by car. The sandy cove of El Portet is within 2kms and the larger holiday towns of Javea and Calpe are within 15 minutes by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia, are approximately 95/125kms away.
We provide all bedding and towels for internal use. We ask you to provide your own pool side/beach towels. Clean laundry is provided (No maid service), each week. A cot can be supplied for a small surcharge, but we ask you to provide your own cot bedding.

Booking Details
Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 4 people) On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance Iis due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond of 300€ is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.
Arrival/Departure
The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please take this into account when booking your flights.
Linen/Towels
Bed linen and towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned at changeover.

The place was immaculately clean, with all the things you need (cooking, cleaning, some bathroom bits too). The villa was absolutely stunning in a perfect location too in Moraira. No doubt we will be back again to this one. I would recommend the villa and Gemma and Brett as hosts. Just perfect 👌
Absolutely gorgeous
By Sue Ezard on 12-Jul-2025Perfect villa for couples or 2 child families. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Comfortable bed & sofas. Gemma & Brett are brilliant, responsive to any questions we had. This is our go to villa & have already booked for next year’s holiday. Short walk to shops bars & restaurants, ideal for us. Wonderful sea view.
Wow wow wow
By Nova on 21-Aug-2023We loved everything about Mar Coral. From great communication with Gemma and Brett,they answered all queries quickly. We used Beniconnect transfer taxi, again this was easy to arrange and cost around £134.00 return. Not bad for an hour transfer. Arriving at the villa opening the curtains and seeing the view,wow. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The spacious grounds and private pool with covered terrace were amazing. Two great bedrooms with air conditioning which was a god send in August 2023. Amazing well equipped kitchen. Two fridges which again was great for separate meat etc. The villa was beautifully furnished and spotless when we arrived . The Villa is a five minute walk from everything shops,beach, amazing restaurants, pedestrian streets which make it safe, supermarkets to stock up on your food,wine and 🍺. It is on a bank when returning but again not a problem as the views from the villa make it worthwhile. We ate out at a number of Spanish restaurants and the food, service and price were fantastic. We have already booked for summer next year and seeing if we can go again in October this year. We always have villa holidays so know to treat them like your own home and ensure the place is left clean and tidy. The deposit was returned promptly. I can not rate this villa and Gemma and Brett highly enough Overall 5 star review i can not find a single negative thank you for letting stay in your home. We can not wait to come back

Near the town center (5 mn by foot) and near the sea (15 mn by foot). The house is perfectly clean. Gemma and Brett are really nice and helpfull people. Thanks to both of them for their welcome. We will be back next summer !!!

Travelling as a family of 3 , wife & daughter thought the one bathroom could prove a major problem but after setting down some "ground rules" there was no problem.

One is within walking distance in the place with its many good restaurants. Very suitable for 2 people. Nice pool with a good size for swimming. The house is well equipped and could do with the renewal of some utensils. But that doesn't diminish the joy of vacation. The caretakers Gemma and Brett Robertson are always available and very helpful. All in all a very relaxing holiday for us, we would love to come back.
