Near the town center (5 mn by foot) and near the sea (15 mn by foot). The house is perfectly clean. Gemma and Brett are really nice and helpfull people. Thanks to both of them for their welcome. We will be back next summer !!!

Travelling as a family of 3 , wife & daughter thought the one bathroom could prove a major problem but after setting down some "ground rules" there was no problem.
Dr. Jutta Hauke rated this home 5/5 on Jul 4, 2021 Unique location in Moraira with overwhelming views of the Mediterranean. One is within walking distance in the place with its many good restaurants. Very suitable for 2 people. Nice pool with a good size for swimming. The house is well equipped and could do with the renewal of some utensils. But that doesn't diminish the joy of vacation. The caretakers Gemma and Brett Robertson are always available and very helpful. All in all a very relaxing holiday for us, we would love to come back.
