A lovely two bedroom bungalow on the Villotel complex close to the town centre of Moraira. Plenty of parking is available in a quiet Cul De Sac, around 20 steps then lead you down to the bungalow. Freshly modernised with air conditioning, , super fast internet, modern fittings and furniture. Made up of one double bedroom and one twin. Comfortable lounge and dining area, fully equipped open kitchen and a large terrace and fully equipped BBQ area which leads you out and down a few steps and to the large swimming pool, tennis courts, bar and communal areas. Villotel is a small residential community of apartments, bungalows and villas from just 3km and only five minutes drive to the prestigious Blue Flag sandy beaches and Moraira town centre, two minutes to supermarket and restaurants. Moraira itself is a small coastal town with an excellent variety of local shops, bars and an impressive marina with harbour side fish restaurants. There are also many activities available including water sports, go-karts, hiking, cycling and golf.

To secure a booking there is a 30% non refundable deposit with the remainder payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a £200 damage deposit to be paid with the balance, this is returned after satisfactory inspection.

We love the area and quickly realised discover it was the same complex (Vilotel) we stayed in when we used to visit thirty years ago. John was a great host, we were famished when we arrived and were happy to find cheese, jamon and bread in the fridge along with drinks. Communication was easy. Highly recommended.
A great place to stay
By Soo Thomason on 26-Jun-2022Three of us stayed in this villa for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed (including a washing machine!). We made a lot of use of the complex pool which was never crowded. The villa is in a hilly but beautiful setting and I am looking forward to returning. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone who is interested in staying in this area.
A fabulous place to stay,
By Neil on 18-Jun-2022The villa had everything you need with a great sized pool suitable for all ages. There is a supermarket close by and a few restaurants nearby I will definitely be going back and would love to stay in the Villa again
