On arrival in Moraira you will be personally met in our house 'Casa panoramica'. ,. Our keyholder remains available by phone at all times and comes to the scene if necessary. the villa will be prepared for the guests , beds made up and bathtowels provided
This spacious villa with 6 bedrooms (12 beds) and 4 bathrooms meets all your comfort requirements. There is a parking for 4 cars ;
There are various private terraces near the bedrooms, a spacious balcony upstairs and a large living space around the pool from where you have the panoramic seaview everywhere .
The very spacious covered outdoor full equipped kitchen remains pleasantly fresh at the highest temperatures and remains the place where everyone comes together to chat, cook or just read a book from the sun.
In between you can play table tennis , petanque and you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures around the pool, surrounded by the greenery and enjoying a refreshing breeze. Great !!!
Inside the house( renovated last winter) there is a fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge with flat screen.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price ,an iron , ironing board, high chair (2) and travel cot are available


!!!!!!! now in the next months we renovate the swimmingpool , terrace and outside kitchen!!!! (last year we renovated the house upstairs)



House rules: check inn from 16h / check out 10h
no pets allowed /no smoking/vaping
groups of young people under the age of 30 are not allowed

Booking notes: a deposit of 25% of the rental price is required on booking
payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of arrival
a damage deposit of 500 euro is required on payment of the balance and will be returned after checks have been made .
payments can be made by banktransfer
