On entering our home you walk into a large light and airy dining area which leads onto a large balcony/terrace with fabulous views towards Moraira. On the same floor you will find a large living room, kitchen and three of the four bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms, making it the perfect home to holiday with family and friends.
A large self contained apartment with living area and bedroom with king size bed and allocated bathroom is located on the ground floor accessed via external steps. A small kitchen /laundry room containing washing machine is also on this level.
Excluding July and August, ‘Villa Serene’ can be rented as a 3 bedroom Villa. Our prices show the different options.

A 25% deposit is due when making a booking. The final balance along with a £400 fully refundable security deposit is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday.
