Amazing views from this comfortable villa with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 10 adults. The property is situated in a coastal and quiet urban area, yet close to everything Moraira offers. Relax in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with A/C in all bedrooms and livings rooms, WiFi, high speed internet, barbecue, privacy, a garden with lemon, pomegranate and palm trees and a large pool. The villa has a naya with a view of Moraira and the Costa Blanca icon - Peñon de Ifach. The focal point of our villa is the large terrace with a barbecue offering outside dining or just relaxing in the open with a view. If you feel like having dinner under the starry sky, pull the covering and enjoy your evening.
For your convenience, the villa offers private gated parking for up to four cars, 7-minutes walk for shopping, bars and restaurants, and an honest 20-min walk or 4-min drive to the beaches, El Portet and L'Ampolla, only 1.5 km away. A ten minute drive to Ifach golf course and a short drive to three other cities - Calpe, Benissa and Teulada. Moraira itself offers plenty of entertainment for all tastes, while Valencia and Alicante are also a comfortable drive away for day trips.

The villa consists of two independent apartments, each equipped with a kitchen with everything you need, bedrooms and a comfortable living area with smart TV's. The pool level apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Excellent privacy as the villa is located on a corner plot and neighbors do not have visibility of the pool area.
Check-in 5 pm.
Check-out 10 am.
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund of the reservation deposit between 30 and 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or not arriving on the date of arrival - the entire rental amount is forfeited.
We also require a security deposit in the amount of EUR 500 which will be returned to you within one week after check-out following an inspection of the property, provided that there are no damages. EUR 75 will be deducted for any lost set of keys and an additional EUR 75 for a lost or damaged key fob.
Cleaning fee 320 euros.
50% of the entire rental amount, incl. the security deposit, is required at booking. The remaining amount, incl. the cleaning fee, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

By Juan Carlos on 07-Jul-2024Bill's home offers everything you need to enjoy the tranquility of a villa with friends and the luxury of a unique setting just a 4 minute drive from the Cala del portet and 11 from the Cala del Moraig Spacious stays and porch to enjoy the pool while eating with friends , Jacuzzi, sauna, bbq etc Bill was always attentive to my requests, I even manage a crib to be able to take a newborn baby A wonderful stay that we will surely repeat soon

It is close to the center, there are useful places around (supermarket, bakeries, restaurants). Overall it offers the best for a vacation - close to the center, yet quiet, private and lots to do inside. The pool was clean, everything was well kept, the views and atmosphere were perfect. It is really the perfect place for a a family or a group of friends vacation. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.
