Casa Cunera is just 2 kilometers from the beautiful bay of Baladrar, with its beach bar and coastal views (5 minutes by car; 20 minutes walking).
Love exploring? The area is filled with beautiful walking routes. Start at Cala Advocat and follow the coastal path all the way to Calpe – every step rewards you with stunning sea views, no matter the time of day.
For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the inland valleys are a true paradise. One of our favorites is the La Vall de Pop route from Alcalalí, where you’ll walk among almond and orange groves with the mountains as your backdrop.
Along the coast, you’ll find charming hidden coves, each offering a unique view of the sparkling Mediterranean. Don’t miss El Portet, a picture-perfect beach with cozy restaurants right by the water.

MAIN HOUSE
The main building features a glass terrace with sea views, a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds with a length of 2.10), 1 new bathroom, Smart TV, fully new equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). This part of the building is completely renovated in 2025.
INDEPENDENT APARTMENT
Accessible via stairs from the pool terrace, the apartment includes a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 2.10 meter), a trundle bed for 2 persons of high quality (1.60 x 2.00 meter) and a bathroom.
OUTSIDE AREA
The villa features multiple private parking spaces, a terrace with a private swimming pool with a big terrace. Sun lounges provided and a barbecue area. The villa is situated on a dead end street and offers complete privacy, with no neighbours watching you.
The swimming pool and terrace will be completely renovated in january / february of 2026.
DETAILS ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
- Swimming pool: 8 x 4 meter.
- The villa is fully air-conditioned.
- The bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.
- Wireless broadband internet.
- Laundry: washing machine + dryer.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Check in: after 17.00 pm
- Check out: before 10.00 am
- Bed- and bath linnen is included; except by staying 5 days or less (15 euro per person).
- Final cleaning: 275 euro
- 175 kWh electricity a week is included; additional consumption of 0,40 euro a kWh.
- Security deposit: 400 euro
- Payment schedule: 50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Peaceful, big swimming pool and a stunning view
By Stijn on 01-Oct-2024The villa was wonderfully peaceful. We stayed with the whole family (three generations) and everyone loved it. The pool is beautiful and large, so you can really swim a bit. The view from the enclosed balcony is absolutely stunning, especially in the morning. Above all, communication with the owner and Karin was very responsive and helpful.

By Erwin on 30-Oct-2025The contact beforehand was already very pleasant. Everything looked neat and well taken care of. In the sunroom, there was a lovely large dining table with an amazing view. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the things that were there to play with. The place is high up in the mountains and truly has a fantastic view. You can easily get to Moraira and all the other charming villages.
