SUN ROOM - a typical Spanish Naya with a table & 4 comfortable chairs, perfect for games or reading, with views over the garden. From here there is a spiral staircase to the roof terrace / SOLARIUM. Outside lighting.

There is a south facing POOL with Easy walk in steps, shallow & deep ends (1.1mtr-1.8mtr depth). Automatic LED underwater lighting every evening 9-11pm. Tear drop shape pool maximum width 5 mtrs & length 9mts.
OUTSIDE SHOWER with hot & cold water (please use before entering the pool).

This is a private Villa rental & you have access to the whole house except the cellar & garage.
Other things to note
NO STEPS - For those who prefer a one level villa this is suitable as there are no steps between the car parking, & the front door. The kitchen, dining room, one double bedroom, a full bathroom and the utility room are on the ground floor. The car parking, garden & pool are on same level.

By Consuelo on 15-Jul-2020The experience has been magnificent, from the location, close to the beach and the urban core but in a quiet area, where you could not hear a single noise; the house is wonderful, spacious, cool, comfortable, with many details for use of guests such as small appliances, all kinds of cleaning products, dryers, three spacious bathrooms, a divine terrace and a solarium perfect to take advantage of both the sunny hours and the cool sunset and a garden with a perfect pool. At any time of day it will cover the shade of its greenery and the breeze will make you feel fresh and comfortable. Regarding the hosts, they are lovely, always prompt to any questions as well as available to resolve any issues. Communication was smooth and fast at all times. Glad to have met you, we will not hesitate to contact you if we come back to the area.

By Karen on 01-Jul-2020This villa is perfectly situated between Moraira and El Portet. The outside spaces are plenty and ideal for just chilling alone or all together. The bbq/eating area is great. The new pool is fabulous and the villa is very clean and has all equipment you would need to complete a perfect holiday. We all enjoyed our time here immensely. Thanks Karen x

Cannot fault a Single thing!
By Charlie Nutt on 03-Jul-2025Villa is beautiful, cannot fault a single thing. Realistic description of the location of the Villa would be helpful. Steep hills and a 8 minute walk is an understatement, the walk to the beach out the back gate is extremely steep. Not ideal for elderly or physically impaired.
