Villa LeonieA superb villa, extremely well located in the private exclusive urbanisation of Pla del Mar, one of the best areas of Moraira. It's perfect for families and friends. (Sleeps up to 14)
The villa is so close to all that Moraira has to offer, it seems hard to appreciate the quietness and tranquillity of the location. Turn left out of the villa, with just a 3 minute walk away is the stunning port and town of Moraira. Moraira has numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Turn right out of the villa, and a 10 minute walk will take you to the glorious sandy bay of El Portet (EEC Blue Flag approved). Spend your days exploring the stunning coastline or relaxing on the beach, before returning to the villa's terrace to watch the stunning sunset go down over the town.

For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the inland valleys are a true paradise. One of our favourites is the La Vall de Pop route from Alcalalí, where you’ll walk among almond and orange groves with the mountains as your backdrop.
Along the coast, you’ll find charming hidden coves, each offering a unique view of the sparkling Mediterranean.
Entrance to the property is through electric gates with parking for several cars. On entering the villa you will be met with an immediate view of the beautifully kept garden and large swimming pool, large open outdoor terrace and BBQ area. The terrace which overlooks the pool, has a large outdoor table, with a seating area which is ideal for family meals and relaxing, and also watching the amazing sunsets over Moraira town.
Inside, the villa is spacious and well furnished, with plenty of room for up to 14 guests. Each of the 5 bedrooms is beautifully decorated and features comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. There are also 4 modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to freshen up. The bedrooms are situated over 3 floors, the top floor boasts a Queen sized master bedroom with Sea views. It has its own ensuite bathroom, comprising of double washbasins, WC, a large walk in shower, as well as a corner jacuzzi bath. This bedroom also has its own dressing room with plenty of hanging space and a large mirror making it the ideal place to get dressed up ready to dine in one of Moraira's amazing restaurants.
On the ground floor there is two further guest rooms, one has a king-size bed, the other has a zip and link bed, making it into two single beds if required, as well as a king-size bed. There is also a separate WC on this floor, as well as a large bathroom which consists of a WC, basin, and large shower. The basement consists of 2 further large king-size guest rooms, and a separate bathroom. Both guest rooms can sleep up to 4 in each room, one consists of 2 large double beds, and the other consists of 1 x large double bed, and 2 x single beds.
The villa's open-plan living area is the perfect place for everyone to come together and relax after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group, and there's plenty of seating for everyone in the dining and living areas. The villa has a large indoor lounge area with a large TV, and a dining area for seating for 10 people. It also has a separate TV/games room, which consists of a TV, and large sofa, which also turns into a double sofa bed.
Outside, the villa boasts multiple terraces, including a covered dining area, perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends.
The villa has a 10 x 5 m swimming pool (can be heated if required at an extra cost) with a large deck area for enjoying the sunshine, it has a beautiful large day bed, along with plenty of sun loungers & parasols around the pool area.
Other amenities include air conditioning, (hot and cold), central heating, wifi, table tennis, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, a coded entry lockbox for your convenience and security. The villa manager lives nearby and is always contactable for help and advice, ensuring a stress-free stay for everyone.

By Joyce Hornby on 30-Jun-2025Hi Kirsty, here's a review as promised: Beautiful, spacious and clean villa in a very convenient place for walking into town or heading to the beach. We've been to Moraira many times over the years and stayed in different villas each time however this is the first time we'd consider booking the same villa again. Although the villa is near town it's in a very quiet location and was just perfect for our 2 families. Kirsty is the most attentive host and is always on hand if you have any queries. We requested the pool be heated as we were going with family including our 2 young grand-children and it was ideal for them, we all had the best time. The furniture is new and I have to remark upon the quality of the crockery, pots and pans! Best of the best! I have no hesitation recommending this villa and definitely would give a 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you again.
