Description
Casa Anne Marie is an immaculate detached villa with a private 8 x 4mtr pool with Roman steps, gardens and terrace areas. The villa sleeps four, has two double bedrooms both en suite and with fitted wardrobes. Casa Anne Marie is situated close to the Moraira - Calpe coast road with both towns under 10 minutes drive away, both resorts offer "Blue Flag" beaches, an abundance of beachside bars, restaurants, family entertainment, local markets and much more. The villa is very modern, bright, spacious, fully equipped and furnished throughout to a very high standard, it has ceiling fans in all rooms and a TV the lounge with UK free-view channels.The BBQ area is covered and has a dining area, there is also an undercover poolside dining area.

Upon arrival my agents will "Meet and Greet" you and introduce you to the villa, clean and service the pool attend to the gardens and are available should you need any help or advice during your stay, they will also attend at your departure.
RENTAL CHARGE;
The rental charge is the price "You Pay" and includes, electric, gas, all linen/towels, *there are no hidden extras.
The *damage/security deposit is £350,00 this is returned within 5 working days of departure. *Damage/security deposit may vary depending on party.
PLEASE NOTE;
Casa Anne Marie is for families only with maximum occupancy of four people. Inside the villa is a strictly no smoking area and pets are not allowed.
TRAVEL;
Alicante airport is a 1 hour drive, Valencia is 1 ¼, both journeys are toll free motorway.
A car is essential to make the most all local amenities and places to visit.
PAYMENT;
25% deposit is due once your booking has been confirmed, the balance including the damage/security deposit due 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

From the beginning, the booking process was easy and emails were responded to very quickly. The villa was comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with covered dining and a fabulous pool with plenty of loungers in both sun and shade. The agents were very helpful, meeting us on arrival and coming to change the laundry weekly. We would love to return!

The pool very well maintained Melani and her husband very attentive at all. A house first to which I would return without hesitation.
