Description
This breathtaking property has been designed by the owners and completed to a fantastic standard with every small detail thought of, with safety and enjoyment for children paramount, from the laminated glass throughout, to the spacious outside of hard standing or artificial grass on one level giving plenty of safe play area. Facing South, the Villa catches the sun all day long. The villa layout is a conventional UK layout with 4 bedrooms upstairs, the extremely large master bedroom and spacious Guest bedrooms both having en-suites, each with bath and shower. with the pool specially designed as a “play pool”, safe for all. All 4 bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning but due to the design of the villa the downstairs living area remains cool and airy. There is full fibre Wi-Fi Internet access which is superfast, Located in a wonderful quiet area just 1.5km from the beaches and handy for shops and golf etc.The pics are the first pics taken when the villa was completed and we are awaiting some new ones but the villa has a lot more outside furniture than shown, as well as a large outside kite which gives great protection from the sun. There is a great exterior table tennis table always with a plentiful supply of good bats and balls and a top quality pool table again with great cues and 2 or 3 good full sets of balls.

By Victoria on 07-Aug-2025We had such a fantastic holiday at this villa. We went with our 2 children aged 8 and 11 and their grandparents. The villa was super spacious, plenty of space to dine and sunbath outside, the pool was fab, the perfect depth, not too deep so I didn’t have to worry about the kids at all. We loved the pool table, the shaded area was so needed. It was extremely hot during our visit so the upstairs air con was a god send. We were so surprised by the stunning view from every angle of the house, it really is stunning and your not over looked at all. The villa is super secure with electric gates and it’s in a very quiet area. Moraira is a 10-15 min drive, also Calpe and Jaeva are only a 30 Min drive. The owners were extremely good at communicating with us, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend 10/10

Our family of four was blown away by the amount of space – it felt so open and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The highlight for us was definitely the fantastic pool area. Not only was the pool itself perfect for cooling off and spending sunny afternoons together, but we also loved the added fun of having a pool table and table tennis right there. It made for endless entertainment and family competitions! The hosts were wonderful as well – their communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, friendly, and always made us feel well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a spacious, fun, and relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The Perfect Family Holiday

It was very clean and the area very quiet. The kids loved the swimming pool (especially the pool lights in the evening!), table tennis and the pool table. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

We have stayed in 5 villas in the Moraira area previously, but this one is in another league! The directions, although tricky, were amusing and very well explained. The welcome pack, a first for us, was exceptional. The Villa is modern and literally has everything you could want. We couldn’t think of a thing that was missing! The area is super quiet and ideally located for the best restaurants in Moraira. A car is required, but we knew that, but it is closer to the nicer restaurants and supermarket. We will definitely go back as we now have a table tennis tournament addiction! Thank you again Guy & Jo.

Stunning Villa & Facilities
By Petra on 14-Aug-2024All communication with Guy and Jo was helpful, friendly and they were quick to respond. We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Such a beautiful villa and so many special touches that made our stay enjoyable and memorable. There was no shortage of things to do at the villa for the teenagers whether it was using the consoles, playing board games or table tennis, whilst my husband and I were more than happy to relax by the pool or on the private balcony. Such a quiet area, we saw no more than 3 cars pass the villa throughout our stay and yet we were just a short drive away from local beaches and shops. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and such a nice touch that there was no immediate need to shop. We were able to relax from the very moment we opened the doors. We hope to be able to return next year for what I am sure will be an equally memorable stay.
