Villa Sa Calma is one of few properties located in the tranquil area Cala Molí on the northeast coast of the island. A short walk through the woodland in front of the property leads to the pretty wooden docks, and a 10-minute walk from the villa brings you to Na Macaret beach, a small and pretty beach with a local atmosphere. The popular tourist resort Arenal d'en Castell, with its beautiful white sand beach, bars and restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive from the villa. Mahón, the current capital of the island, and Ciutadella, the historic capital of the island, are a 20 minute drive in opposite directions. Please note that a vehicle is necessary when staying at this property.

The exterior of the villa is perfect for outdoor living. There are sunbeds around the private swimming pool for relaxing in the sunshine and two shaded terraces that have direct access to the inside of the villa and are furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The larger terrace also has a stone barbeque and sink for outdoor cooking.

Villa Sa Calma has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and has everything guests need for an enjoyable stay. The property is spacious and distributed over three floors:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room with TV and wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All bedrooms on the first floor have direct access to the exterior terrace with views.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
