Description
Peaceful Rural LocationThis comfortable 3 bedroom vacation holiday rental is located in the popular village of Nazaret, near the old capital of Teguise. Free wi-fi is available. Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults.
The spacious living accommodation includes living-dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom en-suite with two further twin bedded rooms and shower room.
Outside, the terrace has table and chairs and a bbq is available - perfect for al fresco dining.
The terrace leads to the pool area which is accessed by a lockable gate. The pool is 6m x 3m and there are very comfortable sun loungers available. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is solar heated (not electrically) and the pool area is totally private.
Nazaret is a quiet and peaceful place. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road and there is a Canarian Sociedad where you can try typically Canarian food, within walking distance.
Spacious country vacation holiday rental accommodation for up to maximum 4 in a quiet and rural village. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker and washing machine. 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedrooms with adjacent shower room.
Free WI-FI. Full tv package on a 55” tv, including movies and sport, NETFLIX included. Comfortable leather 3 piece suite. Totally secluded, solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Pool area is accessed by a fully lockable gate to prevent toddlers/children from entering the pool area unattended.
OUTSIDE POOL TABLE on terrace for your enjoyment
Complimentary welcome pack on arrival, including tea, coffee and cava. Towels and linen changed weekly. To save precious space in your suitcase, BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED for use during your stay. Hiring a car is recommended. Private parking on site.
Prices are based on 2 people sharing. Each extra person charged at £75.00 per person, per week.

The welcome pack was nice and had everything you needed when you first arrive. Kim & Brian were at hand if you needed any help or Info of surrounding areas e.g Restaurants beaches etc. Brian & Zoey Knight

Brian and Kim are fantastic hosts who are always available if you need them, without being intrusive at all. Great company when you do cross paths. We have stayed in 2 of the 3 properties now (Villa Ann and Casa Ida) and they are spacious clean and well equipped. We were given a look around the third (Villa Joanna) and it is beautiful. All 3 properties are situated around a private courtyard with super views over the landscape, and the area is tranquil and peaceful, however this does mean that a car is a necessity to get to the nearest beaches, resorts and supermarkets (apart from a small food shop a couple of hundred metres away.) All in all a fantastic spot for a relaxing holiday and we will be returning again as soon as possible. Many thanks.
