Description
Welcome to Villa Aljamar, a luxury three bedroom villa with private heated pool and a five-person Hot Tub/spa. Located just five minutes from Burriana Beach in Nerja on the Costa del Sol. This luxury villa has panoramic sea and mountain views.Villa Aljamar is an air-conditioned luxurious property with stunning sea and mountain views. Located on the favoured east side of Nerja and only five minutes’ walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach. The villa has a large private terrace by the pool with magnificent Mediterranean plants and a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds. There are two other terraces, one is at the front (on the lower level) and the other is upstairs with a Hot Tub. Both terraces offer expansive views to the mountains and the sea. There is outside dining on the lower terrace with a table, six chairs and a BBQ. There is also a large communal swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and shades which you have full access to.
This luxury villa is decorated to a very high standard, with open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the stunning pool area. There is a three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and a 55″ TV with all English channels including Sky/BT Sport plus much more.
There is free Wi-Fi access, perfect for those who need to balance work with leisure time, and a home telephone that can be used for making national Spanish calls.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a small table and two chairs, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom on this level has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
There is a separate wc on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the family bathroom along with the two other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.
The villa has a three private terraces.
The pool terrace has a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds and magnificent Mediterranean plants. If required the pool can be heated and is available at an additional cost of £65 per week.
The front lower terrace has an outside dining area with a table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.
The front upstairs terrace has sunbeds and a Hot Tub, which is available at an additional cost of £40 per week and has expansive views to the mountains and the sea.
Airport transfers, a welcome pack, beach towels/bath robes, travel cot and high chair can be arranged on request.
Because of the proximity of the pool to the lounge (no guard rail), we advise caution to families with young children.
We do not accept stag/hen parties.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
Towels and bed linen are all supplied within the rental price, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly.
There is also a large garage available for your use.

The location of the villa is very convenient for walking down to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping. The villa is large and well maintained, the pool is very relaxing and beautiful. Everything was very clean and immaculate, really there is nothing we could ask for

By Kathryn on 07-Aug-2020I visited the villa in July and had a most lovely relaxing and revitalising week. The villa is beautiful, extremely well equipped and feels safe, secure and like a real home. There was nothing I needed that wasn’t already there. The views from the terrace are fantastic. The pool is a good size and so pretty with all the flowers and plants. Loved the non slip flooring around the pool that doesn’t get hot in the sun. Beds are very comfortable, and air con in all bedrooms kept everybody cool. Excellent supermarket 10 mins walk away up a less steep road. I didn’t hire a car and didn’t feel I needed one. Management and communication was excellent. The transfers arranged were spot on, on time, full instructions given and made for an easy pick up and drop off. Like many others, I highly recommend the welcome pack. Deposit was also returned very efficiently. Nerja is just so pretty. I loved this villa so much and if I return, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Without hesitation, I highly recommend.

We had a post-Christmas Break seeing in the New Year and first week of January, where we enjoyed the terraces, beautiful views, and the ‘heated’ pool and hot tub. Seeing in 2020 from the Hot Tub watching the fireworks all around us was very memorable. The weather was in our favour for the trip, however for a winter visit we would recommend 100% the option of the pool to be heated. We used it every day. Although we know the Nerja, and Burriana Beach, pretty well having visited in the past with relatives nearby, I still called Chris and Ann prior to booking to talk through our needs and they addressed each point as we are a family of five, with three children 6 – 9 years. The property is pictured accurately (in reality its better) as is the description to the location and very well equipped. Indeed, there is a walk down/up to/from the beach. It does not take long and is no hassle. We did it each day, and the kids handled this fine. (fyi for the elderly, it may be more challenging). Finally, I would also recommend purchasing the arrival hamper. Great value and took the pressure off a little especially if arriving in the evening and you have breakfast sorted. I would like to thank Chris and Ann, they were immediately available and responsive to us should we have needed them without being intrusive. They were a pleasure to deal with pre, during and post our visit. (from someone whom works in the hospitality/hotel industry… I can be sometimes too critical!). Helen
