Description
Welcome to Villa Aljamar, a luxury three bedroom villa with private heated pool and a five-person Hot Tub/spa. Located just five minutes from Burriana Beach in Nerja on the Costa del Sol. This luxury villa has panoramic sea and mountain views.Villa Aljamar is an air-conditioned luxurious property with stunning sea and mountain views. Located on the favoured east side of Nerja and only five minutes’ walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach. The villa has a large private terrace by the pool with magnificent Mediterranean plants and a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds. There are two other terraces, one is at the front (on the lower level) and the other is upstairs with a Hot Tub. Both terraces offer expansive views to the mountains and the sea. There is outside dining on the lower terrace with a table, six chairs and a BBQ. There is also a large communal swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and shades which you have full access to.
This luxury villa is decorated to a very high standard, with open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the stunning pool area. There is a three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and a 55″ TV with all English channels including Sky/BT Sport plus much more.
There is free Wi-Fi access, perfect for those who need to balance work with leisure time, and a home telephone that can be used for making national Spanish calls.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a small table and two chairs, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom on this level has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
There is a separate wc on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the family bathroom along with the two other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES, AIR-CONDITIONING AND CEILING FANS.
The villa has a three private terraces.
The pool terrace has a very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds and magnificent Mediterranean plants. If required the pool can be heated and is available at an additional cost of £65 per week.
The front lower terrace has an outside dining area with a table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.
The front upstairs terrace has sunbeds and a Hot Tub, which is available at an additional cost of £40 per week and has expansive views to the mountains and the sea.
Airport transfers, a welcome pack, beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be arranged on request.
Because of the proximity of the pool to the lounge (no guard rail), we advise caution to families with young children.
We do not accept stag/hen parties.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
Towels and bed linen are all supplied within the rental price, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly.
There is also a large garage available for your use.

The whole team very friendly and welcoming and sort any issues swiftly. Would Definitely recommend and cant wait for our next visit.

By Stephanie Lambert on 14-Jul-2025We have just returned from a wonderful week at Aljamar villa. The villa is very clean and well-kept. All the rooms are spacious and inviting. There is ample equipment and the towels are good quaility. It was great to have a garage to park in too. The beds are also very comfortable and there is spare bedding if required. The pool is wonderful - spacious, clean and secluded and the front patio has amazing views across Nerja and to the sea. There is lots of seating and the kitchen is a good size too. There are black out blinds which help with sleeping and air conditioning. Nerja is a very friendly town, with a relaxed feeling. It is not too expensive, compared with other holiday destinations and all our interactions with people were very positive and friendly. Nerja is quite busy at night, with a family atmosphere and a clubbing area for younger people. The beach is also lovely, with many restaurants and bars. You can use chairs and a parasol provided in the garage; however, we hired loungers and a day bed on the beach, which wasn't too expensive - 6 euros each, for the whole day. They do get reserved, so reserve some too, if you need to, the night before, if you can. The beach is busy; however, not over crowded. There are bars and restaurants veey near to the villa too. We ate out mostly and the food was good, where ever we went. There are steps up to the villa and a bit of a climb on the way back, but all adds to the experience! You couldn't really manage if you had mobility issues. The staff supporting the villa, Claire & Manuel, were very helpful, with a few minor issues, which were sorted promptly. As were the the managers. We would definitely return - it is a beautiful villa in a lovely, picturesque, lively town.

By Regina on 06-Jul-2025We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Nerja. Villa Aljamar is fabulous , we loved it. It’s very comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious. We arrived late, so it was great that we had all the essentials like tea, coffee, bread, ham and water there for us. Thank you so much. The villa is very well equipped with every convenience needed to relax and enjoy. The private pool is a great addition too, our kids really loved having it outside the door. The location is perfect, so near the beach and its cafes, bars and great choice of restaurants. We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend Villa Aljamar. Thank you Linda and Alan
Family Holiday

I would recommend paying to heat the pool as my Granddaughter spent most of the day in the pool she loved it . The Villa is very comfortable and it was a bonus that things like tea ,sugar ,foil ,clingfilm and salt and pepper were all there. Having all the English tv was a positive all in all I would highly recommend this Villa
