Description
Welcome to Villa Miramar, a stunning 5 bedroom property that sleeps up to 10 people with heated pool, 5-person hot tub and a gym. This property offers stunning views and is just a five minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach, Nerja. Burriana offers one of the best beaches on the coast and has an array of restaurants and bars to choose from.With the addition of a two bedroom apartment and gym this property can now sleep a maximum of ten people. If you are a party of six or less you can still rent the main villa and no-one else can rent the apartment at the same time.
This villa has marvellous views and is just a five minute stroll from the popular Burriana beach in Nerja. The villa is available for up to six people throughout the year at the rates listed below, except for the months of July and August when the prices reflect the rate for an occupancy of up to 10 people. The occupancy of 10 is for both the villa and the separate self-contained apartment. The separate self-contained apartment is available outside of July and August. It will sleep up to an additional four people, if this is required there is a 35% surcharge to the prices listed below. The two-bedroom apartment can only be rented in conjunction with the villa. It will not be rented out separately if not required. Built with luxury in mind, this three/five bed property has delightful views of both the mountains and the sea. Its location is ideal, just a few minutes from the popular Burriana Beach on the favoured east side of town. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area – just minutes from the beach and only 15 minutes walk to Nerja town centre. Both Burriana beach and Nerja town centre have a terrific choice of restaurants and bars. Villa Miramar has been designed to take advantage of its south-westerly aspect and has several good sized terraces on four levels. The roof has sun beds, a table and four chairs, and panoramic views of the entire area. There is also a terrace that leads off of all of the bedrooms. The recently extended pool area has 10 sun-beds, two umbrellas and small side tables. This area also has a shaded terrace with kitchenette, gas BBQ and bathroom facilities. The 6.5 x 3.5m swimming pool can be heated for £65 per week. The Hot Tub (spa) is situated in the shaded area of the terrace and is available heated to 36 degrees for £40 per week.
Inside the villa you can relax in a spacious and modern lounge with air conditioning. The lounge has a 50″ Smart TV which has English channels including Sky/BT Sport plus much more. There are two double sized patio doors that lead onto the living area terrace which has two tables and seating for ten, ideal for alfresco dining. The terrace from the lounge also has a retractable sun awning.
The property also has a fully fitted gymnasium for your use.
The Apartment
There is a separate apartment that sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms. This is only available to renters of Villa Miramar. The self-contained apartment comprises of two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with twin beds. It has a comfortable lounge, kitchen area and a shower room/wc. The lounge has seating for four people and there is a 40 inch Smart TV showing UK terrestrial channels through fibre-optic broadband. The modern kitchen is well fitted out with a breakfast bar and four stools. The apartment has ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms and also has air conditioning throughout.
Airport transfers, a welcome pack, beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be arranged on request.
Because of the proximity of the pool to the lounge (no guard rail), we advise caution to families with young children.
We do not accept stag/hen parties.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
Towels and bed linen are all supplied within the rental price, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly.

By Cheri on 14-Aug-2025Excellent property for nine people (6 adults and 3 children) The property is well equipped with a lovely pool area and plenty of space inside and out. The permanent stairgates at level two and three were very welcome as we had 2 children 2.5 and 1 year old. Chris and Ann were very helpful throughout the booking and our stay. We will definitely rebook!
Villa Miramar

Everything was perfect. The villa was very well equipped, was clean and spacious. The pool area is fabulous and we had the perfect family holiday exploring Nerja and the surrounding area. Lovely bars and restaurants at Burriana as well as in town. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this villa.

Villa Miramar
By John Hewitt on 13-May-2025A wonderful spacious 3 bed villa with the option of another 2 bed apt for 4 guests. We have just returned from a family vacation . The villa is situated at the top of Burriana, which is a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. Nerja is a 15 min walk along the beach. The villa has a double en-suite bedroom, another double and twin rooms. It also has the added bonus of a swimming pool, which can be heated for an extra cost. We were so glad we paid extra for pool heating as we used it every day. The villa has a modern feel with all the amenities close by. This is our second visit to villa Miramar and would highly recommend it to those wanting to visit Nerja and the surrounding areas.
