Description
This luxury apartment may just be your idea for a perfect getaway. A beachfront location with a front line view of the sea. It is situated overlooking the Torrecilla beach . A bright, modern, well equipped apartment, with open plan living and open balcony with frontline sea and beach views.LOCATION – Nerja. Spain. Torrecilla Beach Area:
Siituated Less than 20 paces to the beach and local restaurant. The Balcon de Europa and centre of Nerja are approximately 7 minutes stroll away. If you don't wish to venture far, there is a selection of bars, restaurants & shops within a minute's walk from the apartment.
A superb beachfront apartment, tastefully decorated and beautifully presented.
Living Area:
Open plan, furnished in modern decor. A modern breakfast bar with comfortable stools. A smart TV has English channels along with Spanish, Dutch, German and Scandinavian channels. A two seater comfortable. Concertina patio doors lead out to the terrace, overlooking the beach and pool.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
Kitchen Area:
The well equipped modern kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom:
King size double/twin the beds on request can be separated. There is a wardrobe, bed side tables and a luggage table. A patio door leads out onto the open terrace.
Bathroom:
Modern design, fully-tiled, equipped with a walk-in shower, hand basin with vanity unit and toilet. Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest
Terrace:
Table and 2 reclining chairs, super sea and beach views also overlooking the pool which is set in private gardens..
Pool:
The Apartments have a communal swimming pool, which is open during Spring, Summer and Autumn and set in well-kept tropical gardens which are open to enjoy all year round and is reserved solely for the use of the guests.

Dual air-conditioning/heating system.
A safe, free to use, for keeping your valuables secure
Special Needs: Access to all the on-site amenities are good for wheelchair users and the same can be said for access to the beach and pool area. There are lifts to all floors.

There are 2 lifts to all floors.
Iron, Ironing board and hairdryer all provided.
We pride ourselves on the standard of cleanliness and presentation in the apartment. On arrival you will find your beds made, and a bath and hand towel provided for each guest. If your stay is for 11 nights or longer, we will provide an additional full set of linen and towels. Complementary bottle of wine and water.

We have had a brilliant time and would happily have stayed another week if we could. We are loving the apartment. This balcony is such a sun trap come 2 pm and the views are amazing. Just been on the roof today to dry the washing it’s a great space as a drying spot. Thank you for all your help and we will be back.
Apt Mistral - Had everything you need
By Soraya & Gemma on 17-Oct-2025Had a lovely week at the Nerjaholiday.co.uk apartment in Nerja. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace in the morning over looking the beach and sea, watching the world go by. The apartment had everything you need ( everything worked) we spent most days at the beach but did use the garden and pool which was lovely. We were out most of the time as the weather was fabulous but can recommend this lovely apartment, it’s close to the centre, like five minutes with some lovely bars and places to eat, even closer. Just wanted to add that Karen who was there to greet us and explained everything, keys, location, access to the pool, how to work the tv . A nice way to arrive and be greeted and know where everything is. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Nerja Holiday.co.uk

Holiday made easy
