As part of a small exclusive development of just 12 apartments, this lovely first floor, 1 Double and 1 Twin bed roomed apartment, is literally 'on the beach' with the Mediterranean Sea, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling, just yards away. Sun loungers with Shade are available to hire on the beach or you are welcome to use the apartments beach towels, windbreaks and beach chairs. Our apartment is beachfront next to Torrecia beach.
Open plan living and a wide dining balcony mean superb panoramic sea views and amazing sunsets will be yours to enjoy.
With no roads to cross between you and the beach, the apartment is ideal for children and adults alike.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all the facilities of the picturesque town of Nerja are all within a few minutes walk - including the famous 'Balcon de Europe'.
There really is no need for a car unless you wish to explore outside of Nerja as although the apartment is in a quiet location all the amenities are within easy strolling distance, there is even a shopping trolley provided for your expeditions to the local supermarket.

There is a 50" UHD 4K television, with cable internet TV which includes all the usual channels you would get with a full Sky package, including Sky Sports and on demand movies. There is an Apple TV 2 available where you can sign in and access all your apple content along with YouTube, Netflix etc.
The apartment has Free high-speed WiFi broadband, as well as Wii and Xbox 360 games consoles with controllers and games. There is a stocked DVD and CD supply for your use, as well as many books to keep you entertained.
Fully fitted kitchen with modern hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and grill, toaster, kettle, iron, etc. etc. The apartment has a separate dinning area.

The apartment has one King Size Double bedroom and one Standard Twin bedroom. Both have plenty of storage and a selection of bedding - Sheets or Duvets for both Winter and Summer.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment for heating and cooling. Beach games, travel cot and child's buggy, booster seat and high chair are all available for guests to use.
