These beach apartments must be the best situated apartments in the small town of Nerja, they are extremely clean, modern apartments with stunning sea views. We have been going there for a number of years & we can find no better. The service from booking to leaving, we found to be easy, friendly & very efficient. Having the ability to pre-arrange reliable transfers from & to the airport for us, is a bonus. Having to juggle suitcases, hand luggage & a wheelchair is never an easy task. We also appreciate having a friendly face to meet us at the apartment to show us around, rather than the sterile key collection service provided by many others.
We booked an apartment with Nerjaholiday.co.uk and were very pleased with the whole process. It’s unusual to receive such a personal service when booking a family holiday, and this makes Nerjaholiday.co.uk stand out from the norm. We were contacted to confirm our booking, confirmation was sent to us when our deposit was paid (as well as personal assistance when transferring the funds from the UK). Non standard, friendly emails were the breath of fresh air and gave us confidence that our booking was being handled professionally. They offer an option to provide Airport Transfer to and from Nerja. Instructions were clear, for example, when we were kindly collected from the airport, we knew exactly where we needed to meet our Driver. We were met personally, at our apartment. None of this ‘your key will be under the mat’ business. The person who met us at the apartment took the time to explain how the air conditioning worked, how to use the washing machine, how to set up the safe and ensured we were all connected to the Internet before she left us! A spotlessly clean apartment, it’s clear to see that they really take pride in what they are offering. Telephone numbers were exchanged to ensure we could make contact with them throughout our stay which was a super touch. A text on our last evening confirmed our pick up time for leaving to get to the airport for our flight home. Our annual holiday is important to us and it feels that Karen & Phil at Nerjaholiday.co.uk know this; our expectations were exceeded. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
