Description
If you are looking for something special, Villa Miramar is a large, luxury, detached villa, set in a third of an acre, and only 5 minutes stroll to Burriana Beach, and 15 minutes walk to Nerja town centre. The house has been refurbished to very high standard and has a fabulous large swimming pool. set in large mature, colourful gardens. The villa has a large lounge and second sitting room, and 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. The villa is ideal for extended families holidaying together but requiring plenty of space and a degree of privacy, and we have many groups of 2 families with children taking a break together.The house is set in large mature, colourful gardens with olive, citrus and palm trees and enjoys sea views. The large entrance hall opens into a splendid lounge, with seating for eight on cream leather sofas. Sat.TV, DVD, & Hi-Fi with ipod dock. French doors open onto the extensive upper sun terrace, with sofas and glass screening. There is a new spacious luxury kitchen/diner with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. and granite w/tops. There is also a formal dining room which seats eight in style. On this floor there are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with large walk in wardrobes. The master king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the twin bedded room is adjoining the master bathroom . A marble staircase, with elegant glass screening leads down to the second refurbished kitchen, fully equipped with hob, microwave/grill, washing machine, and dining area. There are two large bedrooms, one king, and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes, and a second sitting room leading onto the large elevated dining patio through French doors. There is also a large newly replaced third bathroom with walk in shower, wc, and basin. All bedrooms have air con for night time use. Wifi is included free of charge. Cot and highchair available, cot bedding not provided. NOT TO BE MISTAKEN WITH MIRAMAR VILLAS, NERJA!

By Helen on 25-Oct-2025The Villa is absolutely outstanding, easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the beach where there are some lovely cafes/restaurants. Local taxis were very economical, just €8.50 to Nerja Town which is really nice. Merconda supermarket very close. The Villa is extensive as are the gardens, pool great size and lots of sunbeds, we used the outside dining area and BBQ which were great. The Villa was stocked with everything and the quality of furnishings/beds were probably the best we've ever encountered. I cannot fault this Villa in any way, we had the most amazing family holiday and would return in a heartbeat. Communication throughout with Cheryl was second to none!
Superb
By Veronica on 16-Aug-2025We were two families (4 teenage boys) that shared this fabulous villa. It had space for 2 cars which was such a relief as parking is limited in Nerja. We found it extremely spacious both inside and out. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was modern and very clean. The beds were really comfortable as was the furniture in the rest of the house. The balcony was amazing, the patio and bbq got used several times and the pool was a massive hit with all of us. The location couldn't be better, close to the beach with plenty to do and a scenic walk into the town with its many shops and plenty of food choices, the views from the villa and the town were so beautiful. A bonus finding that it was also walking distance to a supermarket. The owners are super friendly and very helpful, great communication. We can't recommend this villa enough, we loved everything about it and its superb location.

Amazing Villa

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is on two floors which was perfect as myself & husband had the downstairs & our daughter Son-in law & 9th old granddaughter had upstairs which has huge lounge for all of us to enjoy together. from the moment you open the door it is furnished beautifully throughout, the owners have thought of everything you could need. the views from the upstairs patio looking out to the sea are stunning. All the bedrooms rooms are very spacious modern huge wardrobes lots of hangers & hanging space, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very modern lovely. we did had a slight problem with the air conditioning as its on a timer due to the high cost of electricity which is understandable at the moment. The timer was out of sync so was not working as should. I contact Andy who had the matter fixed within half an hour which was excellent. Outside space is very spacious and very comfortable for sitting and al fresco dining pool fabulous. Location is great 10 minute's walk to the large Mercadona supermarket, 10 mins walk to Burriana Beach, shops & Bars and 15 minute's walk into Nerja Town. Fabulous villa, would highly recommend
By Trish D on 30-Jun-2023Eight of us, three generations, had a wonderful holiday in Villa Miramar. The villa is large and spacious; and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. Reliable wifi was throughout the house, essential for teenagers and air conditioning at night ensured a great night's sleep. The outside areas were really lovely, with plenty of shade on the hotter days. Excellent choice of restaurants are a stroll away, as is a good supermarket with everything you could need. Cheryl & Andy are wonderful hosts and have put together a useful folder in the house for anyone not familiar with the area.
Wonderful villa for a family holiday

Surpassed Expectations
By Mathew D on 25-Jun-2022This was our second visit to Villa Miramar - the first was pre-lockdown. We were desperately looking forward to returning for a couple of weeks of sun, sangria and good eating…and we weren’t disappointed. The weather was outstanding with barely a cloud in the sky and the temps around 80 - 90 F every day. The Villa is ideally situated for Burriana Beach with various watersports available, together with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants - I can recommend Playa & Sol and Ayo’s (which is named after a local legend who is still involved in making huge cauldrons of paella each day, even though he must be in his 80’s). The Villa is also very well placed for Nerja centre which involves a 10 -15 minute stroll, partly uphill, past the Hotel Parador. The centre is full of really good restaurants like Portofinos and La Biznaga for tapas etc. The Villa itself was really well suited for our visit as the bedrooms are split over two floors so my wife’s parents were able to take the entire lower floor, giving us the entire upper floor. There is a large, well maintained garden which gives you plenty of space and privacy - you’re hard pushed to find many places where you’re not overlooked but Villa Miramar is one of them, but the highlight for me was the fact that you can spend time in (or out) of the sun on one of the loungers and then jump in the pool when you get too hot. You can put a price on that! I can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back as soon as we can.
