This air-conditioned second floor apartment is ideally situated for Nerja's main beach, Burriana, which has a selection of water sports, beach bars and restaurants. For a quieter spot Carabeo beach is only 100 metres from the apartment. The centre of Nerja with its famous 'Balcon' is a five minute stroll and in the little streets radiating out from the Balcon are shops and restaurants catering for all tastes.
The Caves are well worth a visit as well as the many beautiful beaches where you can swim, snorkel or simply relax!

All the facilities that one would want in the apartment and it also has a communal pool which most of the time you have to yourself and a great roof terrace with many sun beds. Lots of beaches, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, thoroughly recommend.
Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is a perfect size with two double bedrooms, a good size living area and a nice balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun. There is a wonderful roof terrace with fantastic sea views and plenty of sun beds. It’s a short walk to Burriana beach and is located on one of the prettiest streets in Nerja not far from the Balcon de europa. The owner, Alison, is very friendly and helpful.
Gorgeous Spanish apartment

My favourite holiday

Its location is more than amazing, multiple beaches are just footsteps away and the main balcon is a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is a classic Spanish style, so bright with a beautiful spacious balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and all evening. The apartment has everything you need also including a great pool and roof terrace for sunbathing with deck chairs included. Couldn’t recommend a stay here enough! Thank you.
Perfect Location
By Paul on 09-Jul-2025We have stayed at this apartment 3 times and cannot fault it in anyway. It is perfectly located overlooking the Sea and the beach below on the Carabao Aveunue which leads directly to the main Plazas and Balcon d’Europe. The apt itself is on the second floor and has a small balcony just off the main lounge/kitchen/diner area. The well equiped kitchen allows meals to be prepared if wanted but there are several great restaurants within 5mins walk inc Bakus which is superb. Both twin bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned which is a god send in summer. Outside there is a private pool for the apartment complex which we have never found to be too busy but always really handy and on the roof is a large terrace with chairs/loungers and it provides a fantastic view of the coastline. Its a brilliant place to be based at on a Nerja Holiday and we hope to be back again many times in the future.
