To help with financial squeeze we are all experiencing, in order to try to help, we are offering 2022 price for summer 2023.

The apartment is situated in the Torrecilla beach area of the lovely town of Nerja.
The apartment is bright and stylish with modern decor. Equipped with quiet, quality, Samsung air-conditioning / Heating system.

The lounge is furnished with flat screen television, dining table and chairs and reclining arm chair. A comfortable sofa, which can be converted to a double sofa bed, adds additional sleeping space. Please note however, that, as this is a one bedroom Apartment, it is not suitable for 4 adults, but is comfortable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
There is a patio door leading from the lounge to the open terrace.

The bedroom has super comfortable beds, imported from Germany and has plenty of space in the wardrobes and draws.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for the keenest of cooks.
You can enjoy afternoon sun on the terrace, overlooking the beach and the pool which is set in private gardens. Relax on the terrace in the evening or fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

The private pool set in a tropical garden, is reserved solely for the use of guests staying in the building.
There are 2 lifts to all floors.
The location of the apartment means that if you don't wish to venture far, there is a selection of bars, restaurants & shops within a minute's walk from the apartment. The centre of town and Balcon de Europa are only 7 minutes stroll away.

We had a great stay in your lovely apartment, it was spotless, very well equipped, comfortable and in a superb location. Your service was excellent from start to finish, very friendly and efficient. We cannot thank you enough for going the extra mile for us and it was very much appreciated. We have already booked with you for July and can''t wait to go back to beautiful Nerja. A big thank you to your transfer service also, they exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them. Once again thank you Karen and it was lovely to meet you, see you in July.
