Plenty of fun in the sun or in our home, our huge pool deck area is an outdoor living space, with tv, relaxing furniture and large BBQ with cooks station, enjoy our fully air conditioned games room or enjoy the two sitting rooms with large tv and wifi access for streaming your devices.
As you enter our home you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer. Featuring 9 bedrooms and 7 baths, this 4,464 square foot home offers a first floor Master king Suite with Master Bath along with 2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area.
Our large, open-concept living space has plenty of space for sitting and relaxing or cooking up a snack or feast in our spacious island Kitchen and dining area - everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group! You will find plenty of glasses, dishes Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cool box for the patio or taking on a trip out. It really is a home from home experience!
The luxuriously appointed living area features a large tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable seating areas. Appreciate some personal relaxation time as you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and heated pool with spa providing the outdoor oasis you would expect to find in your dream vacation home.
Our home has a very large extended pool deck, one of the largest on the resort! With south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. Our home features very comfortable outdoor furniture and loungers, plus a dining area and large gas barbeque - included in your rate. All doors to our pool area are alarmed and there is a safety pool fence available.
As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large TV and games table to allow family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities.
After a busy day our super comfy beds are just want you need to refresh and recharge your batteries.
On the ground floor you will find a large master bedroom with dual windows to the front., and a walk in closet. The large ensuite features a dual vanity, separate toilet and a huge walk in shower.
Next - off the living room are two queen bedrooms - one with a teal tranquil theme and the other a bright boho theme. These share a jack and jill bathroom with walk in shower, each with their own lock off vanity area.
Upstairs you will find to the right of the sitting room
- the second Master king Suite with large ensuite, separate toilet, dual vanity and large walk in shower.

Solterra Resort gated community is ideally located, just 5 minutes off the I4 with easy access to the Parks - Disney can be reached in about 15 minutes, there are many Golf courses in the area and restaurants and shopping nearby. The beautiful community features a world class community centre with 4 acres of fun from swimming to tennis with a poolside restaurant, gym and the amazing new Lazy River.

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is an easy 15-20 minutes drive to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld and about 35 to Universal depending on traffic.
Disney is accessible without using the I4 so avoiding the heavy traffic at peak times, Berry Town Centre shops with supermarket, bars, restaurants is just a few minutes away and your
Posner Park shopping Mall area is about 10 minutes away and there you can find many newly arriving stores such as Chipotle, First Watch and more - to add to the established stores such as Target and JC Penny, Marshalls and Home goods.

Please note the price for the week includes nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights. Minimum Stay 5 nights
Optional Extras - Our pool and spa can be heated - $30 per night - (you can book Spa Heat only for summer months $15 per night) please ask if you would like this added to your booking. .

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement -$100 fee up to two dogs – please ask at time of booking.

Where Cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall receive a full refund of any monies paid – less a small admin fees around 4% to cover costs incurred by the booking company/owner for the payment and refund transactions.
