Description
Comfortably furnished, light and airy apartment with sea views, set in well kept gardens. Sun on balcony all day. Lift access. Private swimming pools (pictures of the swimming pools can be sent to you on request). Twin beds, and Double sofa bed. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge leads out onto the balcony. Fully fitted bathroom suite with bath, wash hand basin, w.c. and bidet.TV with English and Spanish channels. Free Internet.
You will be met on your arrival at the apartment and welcomed. There is a Cleaning and Laundry Charge and a Breakage Deposit.
5 minutes walk to beach, shops, bars, choice of restaurants, bank and gym.
Peaceful location with sea walks along the promenade. There is a restaurant/bar on the beach for you to enjoy and relax.
Only 15 minutes drive to the larger towns of Los Cristianos, Adeji, Fanabe beach and golf courses.

Great week - Really nice apartment and complex
By David Collins on 21-May-2026We've just returned from a super week at this apartment, It's on the top floor and looks out over the other apartment blocks to the sea (it being higher up the hill) The balcony is larger than many 1 bedroom apartments and is south(ish) facing. we took our granddaughter away for half term and she absolutely loved the 3 pools which have a little cascade down from the 2 swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Parking on the roads nearby was good - only once did I have to go 'around the corner' all week, access is good with a lift, the grounds were very well kept and our granddaughter loved looking for the lizards sunning themselves on the walls. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed with a large fridge and freezer. We appreciated the 2 pool umbrellas in the cupboard - The sun loungers are provided by the pools, as are the bases for umbrellas - into which people insert their own beach umbrellas - so the 2 provided in the cupboard were perfect. I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge which I found to be very comfortable - my wife and granddaughter having a single bed each in the bedroom. We met the couple with the keys etc without incident. Strongly recommend using Google Maps or Waze to find your way around the island.

It was very easy to book and communication with Peter was very good. The pools were beautiful and kept very clean, would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

I think the fact that we have already booked for next year says it all. The owners Peter and Sandra are so courteous and easy to deal with, and respond very quickly to any queries. The keyholders Kelly and Ray are always on hand should anything be needed. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Home from home..
By Karen Beech on 06-Aug-2023Have just returned from a week longer stay at the apartment in Palm Mar. Its was ideal for a relaxing peaceful holiday. The apartment was extremely clean and well looked after, with everything you could need for your stay supplied.. The complex is a quiet peaceful place with access to the swimming pool on site for your use. The TV has UK TV stations should you need them.. The local area has all the shops you made need, supermarket, pharmacy, cafe bars, restaurants, water sports hire, paper shop, car hire, gym, all within walking distance of the apartment. Playa Arenita (the beach) is just down the road and has a beautiful promenade walk, as well as the swimming in the sea or paddling there's places to soak up the sun for the day! (life guards are present) A beach bar serves a variety of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks and snacks, whilst at the end of the promenade there is a beach bar/restaurant club.. I so enjoyed my stay I will be booking again soon.

Used the tennis and paddleball court throughout the week which was fun. Met by your representative who showed us around and explained everything. The owners Peter and Sandra were great to deal with too. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone. Will - Weston-Super-Mare. 10th - 17th April 2019

It feels quite private as although in a complex much of it is not overlooked, especially the bedroom being next to the hillside. The balcony/patio area is large with good views, partial sea views and allows a choice of sun or shade for most of the day. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area yet is close to the airport and convenient for the motorway for other resorts. The pool area, communal areas and complex were clean and well maintained, grounds were clear of rubbish and well tended. Palm Mar has good parking facilities and we can recommend The Club House sports bar for a lively evening with economical food and drink (and the cleanest toilets I have ever seen in Spain) plus there is a lovely relaxing beach bar at Bahia Beach. Your representative was approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to any queries and was frequently in the locality if needed. The weather was superb for the whole 3 weeks although I know this cannot be guaranteed in December. We will definitely return. Thanks and regards, Jane and Wes
