This is a beautiful villa, decorated and furnished to a high standard, near to Partaloa. This villa stands out due to its surroundings and for being an area where the abrupt mountainous and rocky landscape of the Valley gives way to a town with numerous attractions, yet withstanding a peaceful tranquility.Description of sleeping capacity: The villa sleeps upto 6 people,if the studio above is required its a extra £100 per week sleeping upto 8 people

Lounge dining room with Chesterfield suite recliner , 66 inch plasma smart TV, WiFi, oak dining table and chairs to high standard, with French windows opening onto pool terrace.
Kitchen in shabby chic decor with marble breakfast table, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer dryer etc.
Outside terrace dining area with granite table and mountain views, perfect for breakfast in shade and sunset views.
Courtyard to rear for shade, sun, breakfast etc
Outside 2 x charcoal barbecues in barbecue area shaded by bamboo roof, outside shower before going in pool,
Pool is 8 x 4 m, depth 1.1 m making it ideal for children to play safely and you can still swim lengths.

Partaloa is 5 minute drive and has 2 bars which do a range of food, from tapas, burgers, paella to order, and steaks etc. El Poli Bar at end of village. In peak season there is an adjacent free pool with lifeguard where you can chill eating whilst keeping an eye on the children. And the third, the Plaza Bar bar in the picturesque square.
Places to visit within easy driving distance: Hollywood spaghetti westerns, zoo, pool at tavernas 40 mins, Cela 20 mins
Natural pool, warm all year, free and surrounded by bars, restaurants; Baza Lake 50 mins drive,
Nearest beach 35 mins, San Juan, Mohajcar 40 mins, Garrucha harbour water sports 35 mins.
There are 2 horse riding ranches 5 mins away where you can have lessons, or go off on treks
Bycyle hire available 15 mins away, Saliente Monastery is a must to visit 30 mins , and at Cuevas
Almanzora a new inflatable adventure park on the lake, Vera has a large water park 35 mins away
And various golf courses all 40 mins away. Plus much more beautiful and interesting places to see on your stay.
Piedra amarilla has 2 bars 5 mins away lorenas typical English food but nice occasional singers etc, and the new courtyard top food inc tapas etc both do sunday lunches; partaloa has poli bar with free pool and lifeguard tapas etc, plaza bar does tapas and meals opposite town hall by church,
There are taxis in the area if you find you require one nos in guest book

Dogs by special agreed appointment only . Electricity is expensive no re charging of electric cars unless agreed at extra cost. All rooms now have individual brand new air con inverters making it more comfortable and warm in winter and cooler in summer !

By Vivienne on 10-Aug-2024We really enjoyed our stay at this very spacious and comfortable villa. The outside space is fabulous and there are lovely views wherever you look. We would've been quite happy to not come home at all! You definitely need a car as there is nothing in walking distance but in staying that, you have absolutely everything you need within a short driving distance - Albox (large town) is a little over 10 minutes drive with supermarkets, individual shops, restaurants, a lovely square with a cafe where you can people-watch and there's a busy street market on Tuesdays. There are many villages and towns to explore within easy reach. We had an enjoyable day out by driving through the mountains to the village of Bedar where we had a leisurely 'lunch with views' before heading a short distance further to Mojacar Playa for a swim. We also visited Fort Bravo but don't bother pre-booking (as we did) as it seemed far simpler to pay on arrival particularly as there were problems accessing mobile data to show our E-tickets. The afternoon 'street shoot out' show was very entertaining and the horses looked well cared for. Highly recommend this fantastic villa - you won't be disappointed! Wanted to also mention, it was easy to communicate with the owner throughout the process.

Outstanding Villa
By Pippa on 20-Jul-2019We had an absolutely wonderful relaxing holiday in this villa. It is very secluded so it is for people who want to get away from it all! However with a car it has easy access to local towns and super markets. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets and Leema was fabulous if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and will definitely consider booking again. Thank you.
Stunning villa
By Michelle on 21-Jun-2019I’ve just had my first seven night stay at villa paloma vista, the villa is a stunning 5 star well furnished villa obviously to owners high standards , you can hear a pin drop with stunning mountain views, Bars typically good spanish food, will be going again next year

By Roy gilpin on 13-May-2019We have stayed at this villa 4 times and going again July, It’s cheap eating and drinking, very tranquil position, stunning mountain views, local tapas in partaloa , free communal poolin July August with lifeguard . This is proper spain., but in piedra There is usually band singer entertainment pool darts etc .
