The Property
Villa Verde is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa set within a walled garden with both private and on-road parking.
It has an open plan ground floor consisting of a lounge area a dining area a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom fitted with toilet, sink and shower and large mirror.2 ceiling fans and an A/C unit are fitted in the lounge/dining area. There is a large TV, fibre wi-fi, IPTV (internet) television and a back up freeview satellite system. There are patio doors leading onto a large terrace which has table and chairs and a gas BBQ so is an ideal place to eat and relax.
The 1st floor is reached up a marble spiral staircase, on this floor are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The 1st bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobe,2 bedside cabinets, a full length mirror a ceiling fan and an A/C unit. A patio door opens onto the balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, a large built in wardrobe , a full length mirror, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit. A patio door leads onto the balcony.
The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds a bedside cabinet, a built in wardrobe a ceiling fan and an A/C unit.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, a toilet, a sink, a bidet and a large mirror.
The spiral staircase then leads to the sun roof which has views of the Mediterranean sea, the Mar Menor and La Manga. A tower provides shade and there are a table and chairs,2 sunbeds, a chimney style BBQ, a fridge, a sink and plates, glasses and cutlery so you can sunbathe in private with cold drinks and food at hand.
The Villa has been furnished for our own use so has good quality furniture and mattresses not the packaged furniture in some hire properties. All windows and doors have Fly/Mosquito screens fitted and the downstairs windows and doors have security bars and gates so they can be left open making the villa much more comfortable.
As a guest of the villa you have the use of the large communal pool (which is approx. 2 minute walk away) and Fibre Wi-Fi internet connection is available for our guests.
Location.
Villa Verde is situated in Pinar de Campoverde a peaceful residential area with a nice mix of permanent residents and holiday homes. It is a 55 minute drive from Alicante airport and a 40 minute drive from Corvera. There is a bar/restaurant and 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk and several bar/restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the original village with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The major holiday resorts of La Manga and Torrevieja are a 30 minute drive away. The town of Pilar de la Horadada is a 10 minute drive away.
Activities.
In Campoverde is the famous natural area of "Rio Seco" where you can usually walk along the dry river bed in this area is a sports area with tennis courts, basketball and 5 a side football pitches. There is also a public outdoor swimming pool. In Pilar de la Horadada there is a very large sports centre with indoor swimming pool.
The local beaches and the Mar Menor are a 15 minute drive away.
Lo Romero golf course is a 5 minute drive away and there are many excellent courses within a 45 minute drive.
Markets are held in local towns most days of the week.
The villa is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties due to the staircase.
It is strongly recommended that fully comprehensive travel and personal insurance is obtained.
A cot, Highchair and stair gates are now available in the villa for the use of our guests with small children and Babies . Contact owner for details.
Alarm system installed, 600 GHz high speed Optic fibre broadband has been installed for 2024 .Multilingual Internet TV installed 2024.

By Denise Gomez on 05-Nov-2025I stayed at this beautiful villa with my husband, my sister in law and her husband, and it truly was a stunning place. We received a couple of bottles of wine along with a thank you note upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. The villa was spotless and smelled beautiful. There were some essentials in the fridge which we really appreciated. The beds were super comfy and the showers were always hot. Will absolutely stay here again.

Superb Villa

From the easy booking and communication with David to being met on arrival by their lovely neighbours, this was the perfect stay. The villa is clean, tidy and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is ideally situated for the supermarkets, bars and restaurants all a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Superb Villa

Lovely Villa
By David on 14-Apr-2025Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything as described and probably better. We loved having breakfast on the large ground floor patio and enjoyed sunbathing on the roof solarium as it is very private, great having a fridge up there for our drinks. We came before 5 years ago and the villa is even better now and we will certainly be back next time we visit Campoverde.
Home from home
By Jan England on 09-Apr-2022Excellently maintained villa and fully equipped. We received a warm welcome on arrival and felt like it was a home from home. We stayed for 3 weeks and would have extended that if the villa had been available. Would certainly recommend it.
