The villa is situated in the most beautiful and sunny part of the island. Villa Paraiso is located in private peaceful and beautiful l area. The villa is newly furnished with relaxing furniture in a modern touch, full SKY satellite package with large flat screen TV with DVD and docking station.
The villa has a fabulous jacuzzi whit lots of jets to relax your body and soul.
The beautiful garden, is planted with cactus, palms and many exotic plants. This is absolutely a pearl in paradise.
The terrace by the pool is equipped with relaxing furniture, hot tub, hammock and canarian bench with a huge daybed for the sun lovers.
Alfresco dining area is ideal for some shade whilst the man about the house tends the Canarian BBQ.

Please note: The rates shown are for 4 persons per week. Please add £140 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 6 in total.
We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
** cancellation policy**
Regarding the cancellation policy, to secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival. A booking is only considered confirmed when the deposit payment received.
Cancellations by the client must be by email from the email account used to make the booking. For cancellations greater than 8 weeks before your original arrival day the 25% deposit is retained. For cancellation of between 8 weeks and 29 days of your original arrival then 50% of your total booking cost is refunded, for cancellations of 28 days or less of your original arrival day no refunds are issued.
However if the guest for some reason cancel reservation before 8 weeks prior to departure, it is possible to move the paid the deposit to another dates, depending on villa availability.
If cancellation or change in a booking occurs through disaster, technical problems, airport closure, weather conditions, natural disaster or other such events outside of our control, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommended having travel insurance to cover potential losses due to cancellation

Very comfortable, beautiful sea views in a peaceful area.. Shops, restaurants close by. Will definitely be returning again very soon.. Thank you for a wonderful holiday
Wonderful Villa
By Yvonne Slaughter on 28-Sep-2025We loved everything about this Villa. Very clean, inside and out. Lovely to be able to sit and watch the ever changing views of the sea. It was so quiet and peaceful. Inside the beds were extremely comfortable with a change of bedding and towels half way through our stay. Didn't do much cooking but plenty of plates, glasses and cooking utensils if needed. There are plenty of really good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. The owners are very responsive to any issues, like how to use the television for idiots like us. We are frequent visitors to Faro Park as we love this area so would certainly look to hopefully return to this Villa again.
Outstanding Villa for the perfect stay in Playa Blanca

Enjoyed a perfect relaxing week 10-17th June 2024 with everything such a breeze from the moment we booked til the end of our stay. Ann was so helpful & providing great detail of everything we needed to have a stress free experience with great communication throughout. Was a lovely surprise to be greeted with the welcome pack which was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We have visited playa Blanca five times and this was our best villa experience by far. Home in paradise
By Lærke B on 11-Dec-2023Most amazing stay in lanzarote! This place feels like home even though we were only a couple in a quite big house, the homeowners have still really made it feel like home. I can definitely recommend this place if you love to enjoy the beautiful nature of this island in peace. You can enjoy the water, sun and starts from inside, outside and on the rooftop of the villa stunning place and will definitely be coming back ❤️
What a home! A panoramic view of the ocean.

Loved chilling by the pool, and the views are just amazing. It''s super close to the beach and some cool shops and restaurants. The people running the villa are super friendly and helpful too. Totally recommend it if you''re heading to Lanzarote!

You can relax at swimming pool and hot tub. Surrounding area it''s quiet with lots of privacy and beautiful views. We are highly recommend Villa and thank you to the owners for great communication.
