Description
Large villa on the popular complex of Casas del Sol. Retro feel with SMEG toaster, kettle and fridge freezer, air-conditioning, up-cycled furniture and beautiful traditional features, but with new kitchen and bathroom. The villa is in an enviable position, away from the noise of the road and ferry, but still with a slight view of the sea, perfect for relaxing, but with the ability to walk easily to all the amenities Playa Blanca has to offer. Bespoke furnishings and bedding and Egyptian cotton towels and waffle dressing gowns complete the makeover.A large double bedroom and a large twin bedroom make this villa perfect for 4 people to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the bungalow. There is a dishwasher, wifi, aircon, a kitchen with granite worktops and a comfortable lounge area with 40" SMART TV to watch UK TV .
There is an enormous, very private terrace with built-in barbeque and top quality furniture plus lots of space in the sun and shade, with retractable wind breaks for use when necessary. The garden of the villa has beautiful, colourful bougainvillea and cactus which give it a tropical feel. The 2 tennis courts, (charged per hour on site), communal heated swimming pool and the beautiful gardens of the complex, as well as its location 2 minutes walk from the village with all its restaurants, bars and shops and closeness to beaches add to this.
We bought Casa del Barco (The Boat House) in 2015 from some good friends of ours when they were unable to travel. His hobby had been making model boats and he left some in the villa for us to enjoy. We have named the villa Casa del Barco because of this and have added to the nautical theme ourselves, as well as lots of modern touches. We think the villa now has the best of both worlds with a relaxed atmosphere, but with all the modern appliances to help make everyone's life easier. The villa is in our favourite part of the complex, allowing a lot of privacy.
We supply custom-made Egyptian cotton towels, beach towels, waffle dressing gowns and crisp, white, custom-made bed-linen to add the final touch of luxury to the experience.
Please note , any deposit is non-refundable, as it is a commitment to the booking and all clients should take holiday insurance to cover any possibility of not being able to honour the booking.

Great two bedroomed villa in Playa Blanca
By Steve S. on 19-Sep-2016Perfectly situated near supermarkets and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet, the villa at Casa Del Sol offered everything we wanted from our stay in Lanzarote. Well equipped, nicely laid out and with a private outdoor area for sunbathing, BBQing and eating, Di and Brian have thought of everything - even providing a section of books, wifi and a TV packed with films. It's the property location that is the real winner though, with Casa Del Sol being a beautifully maintained resort with the friendly and helpful staff being on hand to assist with any eventuality. Highly recommended!
At last.. the place we want to keep coming back to

The inside was very comfortable, good quality furnishings, comfortable beds, with effective ceiling fans and air con in the living room, nice bathroom with a great shower , everything as we would have done ourselves, high praise. The complex was quiet and pristine, and the staff were very helpful. The villa is 5 mins walk from the seafront restaurants and the main shopping street. This is the 11th time we have stayed in villas in Playa Blanca and at last we have found the one we want to keep coming back to

A lovely patio area for relaxing in the sunshine. The booking process was made easy with excellent contact from Dianne and Brian. I would highly recommend this bungalow.
Beautiful Playa Blanca Villa

It was well maintained, spotless and well equipped with wi-fi, large smart TV and a good UK TV package and additional films/box sets to view. An extremely cosy villa with tastefully chosen furniture and matching furnishings. There was a large patio surrounded by colourful flowering shrubs and hedges providing a secluded spot for entertainment and sunbathing. The villa is part of an attractive complex with immaculately kept gardens. We found it to be in a perfect location for the centre and village of Playa Blanca being within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants, shops, promenade and supermarkets as well as promenade and coastal walks in either direction. Would certainly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.
