The villa is situated in the most beautiful and sunny part of the island. Casa Alexander is located in private peaceful and beautiful l area. The villa is newly furnished with relaxing furniture in a modern touch, Amazon Fire Stick package with large flat screen TV. The villa has a fabulous jacuzzi whit lots of jets to relax your body and soul. The beautiful garden, is planted with cactus, palms and many exotic plants. This is absolutely a pearl in paradise. The terrace by the pool is equipped with relaxing furniture. Alfresco dining area is ideal for some shade whilst the man about the house tends the Canarian BBQ.
Casa Alexander is self catering villa, but we can provide you with welcome pack, which contains basic essentials, such as, water, bread,, milk, coffee, te, jam, etc. this is optional and is provided on request for £25 additional.

Casa Alexander' is a beautiful detached luxury villa furnished with all your home comforts.
The master bedroom with air-conditioning, has large doors leading onto the patio and pool area. The twin room has also air-condition and a window overlooking the pool area. There are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), and a fully fitted kitchen. The villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with satellite flat screen TV, DVD. Free Fiber internet access available, no extra charge.

The pool is electrically heated all year round and for your private use with Roman steps to gain access. Next to the pool you will find the jacuzzi hot tub and outside shower. Pool towels are also provided to save on luggage space. The beautiful and private garden, is planted with cactus, palms and many exotic plants. This is absolutely a pearl in paradise.
The terrace by the pool is equipped with relaxing furniture.

The villa is situated in La Goleta, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain/sea views and a 10 minute walk to the sea.
There are bars and restaurants, two provisions stores and a coffee shop, serval restaurants, bars and bakery within walking distance.

Please note the rates shown are for 2 persons per week. Please add £105 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 4 in total.
We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

** Cancellation Policy **
Regarding the cancellation policy, to secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival. A booking is only considered confirmed when the deposit payment is received.
Cancellations by the client must be by email from the email account used to make the booking. For cancellations greater than 8 weeks before your original arrival day the 25% deposit is retained. For cancellation of between 8 weeks and 29 days of your original arrival then 50% of your total booking cost is refunded, for cancellations of 28 days or less of your original arrival day no refunds are issued.
However if the guest for some reason cancel reservation before 8 weeks prior to departure, it is possible to move the paid the deposit to another dates, depending on villa availability.
If cancellation or change in a booking occurs through disaster, technical problems, airport closure, weather conditions, natural disaster or other such events outside of our control, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommended having travel insurance to cover potential losses due to cancellation

By Mike & Katie on 31-Jul-2025Absolutely loved our 9 nights here and hope to rebook next year. The villa had a lovely heated pool and the hot tub was the most luxurious we have ever had. The location was a few minutes walk away from the fabulous restaurants in Faro Park and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop to the centre costing 1.40 euro each. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful villa.
Fabulous winter break

The hosts are so helpful and will do all they can to make sure you have a great time. The villa is spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfortable. The heated pool is a good size and the hot tub is a touch of luxury. The gated complex is really quiet. There are lots of good restaurants within a few minutes, the bus stop is close or there is a gorgeous walk into Playa Blanca along the sea front. We hope to be back. Thank you.

By tracyfX4 on 23-May-2024I cannot recommend casa Alexander enough. The villa is gorgeous and the hosts so kind and helpful. The booking experience was outstanding with fast responses to all my many questions! The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location 10 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The Marina and town were a short taxi service away. The facilities in the villa were top notch, wonderful heated pool and fantastic hot tub and very comfy beds. Thank you Lisbeth and Hammy for looking after us - the Malibu and cava were much appreciated. We will definitely be back. We can see why this wonderful property is booked so far in advance.
Fabulous stay!
By Catherine C on 23-Feb-2024We had an amazing stay at Casa Alexander. The villa has everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The heated pool was a good size and pleasant temperature and the hot tub is the best one I’ve ever been in. A great extra to make the stay more special. The villa is in a quiet area, a short walk from a row of restaurants, bars and a few shops which was really convenient. We hired a car and it was a short drive into Playa Blanca. I would definitely recommend this villa to everyone!
Winter sunshine in 5* luxury

The Christmas tree was a nice touch. The private heated pool and hot tub just add to the whole experience. The bigger unheated communal pool was great for actual swimming (not by me I might add). The owners are the loveliest hosts, so friendly and helpful.

The Villa is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay with great attention to detail. Outside space is fabulous, pool is a lovely temperature and cleaned regularly during your stay and the hot tub is a great addition. Hammy and Lispeth the owners provided an exceptional welcome pack which was much appreciated. We had the pleasure of meeting Hammy during our stay and they were close by if you should need anything. I would highly recommend Casa Alexander which is in a secure gated complex 5 min drive to centre of Playa Blanca or 5 min walk to amenities at Faro Park where you will find numerous restaurants and shops. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful villa and we will definitely return soon. Steven & Dawn
